The rooms are too cold. Also they should try put multiplugs in rooms, at one time we wanted to boil water and we mistakenly unplugged the fridge.

It's not really something not to like but would depend from one person to another. The baddest part of the stay were the pillows. The pillows are the same as most of the places I've been not very comfortable but take your own pillow and you'll have a very good time.

The guy at reception was very pleasant and helpful and went out his way to accommodate us. The view was very nice and the room was pleasant. The breakfast is the cherry on top. You get a lot more than bargained for and exceptional taste.

The driveway from the gate to reception could be improved. The absence of entertainment facilities, in particular child-friendly playing facilities. Absence of TV in lodges.

The Juice at breakfast wasn't to my liking, the WiFi did not connect.

Small issue of noise by other guests, not sure if this is the norm for this place or just unfortunate at our time of stay, but would recommend a noise policy.

Lovely comfortable rooms, missing a few things, such a cleaning utensils. My toddler spilled juice and there was nothing to clean with etc. But overall comfortable, clean and modern/fresh!

The evening resturant, we had to wait for an hour for our food to be ready and delivered. The first room that was given to us was full of insects. The was a nest of it which made them to give us another better room.

The breakfast was wonderful, we both enjoyed it.

The entry sign of the first gate is not visible. We followed the GPS and drove passed the property for another 15mins, believing we haven’t reached our destination, not realising we had missed the entry gate.

I liked the friendliness of everyone, from the owner down to the manager and the staff. The breakfast was also good. The lighting and mirrors in the bathrooms was great👌.

There was nothing I didn't like

The restaurant served breakfast, lunch and supper. There was no need to drive out to get food. There are 4 swimming pools, the property is spacious with lots to enjoy. Different rooms options which was cool. The Manager, Mark Hope, was friendly and made us feel welcome from the time the booking was confirmed. He provided information about places in the area and what they offered. The owner and his wife checked in with us as well. It felt like home. Their hospitality is unrivaled. Chef Jerry and Chef Keanan were the best. Food was well prepared, of good quality and delivered delicious dishes within reasonable time as good food normally takes a long time to prepare. We were pleasantly surprised from the appetisers to the desert served, everything was very well-prepared. The views were breathtaking. Serene and peaceful place, made you feel like you're far away from the city. We ended up extending our visit and they gladly accommodated us. We will definitely be going back.
