We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaCommunication was bad. As lockdown level had been increased, hotel did not know if they could accommodate me. Took over an hour to confirm. Did not inform us to preorder breakfast. Supper was served in polystyrene containers which we had to collect. Did not receive what was on the menu. Paid for supper with my card and no receipt printed, so was asked to send proof of payment via SMS. Burger patty was not well cooked and not all items ordered for breakfast were provided. I know that we are living in difficult times but I feel the hotel could have been more accommodating.
Rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Good wifi.
