Unfortunately loadshedding has an impact on facilities, which is to be expected but did create a little discomfort when there is no water due to it.

The service, staff friendliness and restaurant was amazing.

No electric power and consequential loss of running water.......Which the establishment had no control over.

Unfortunately our stay coincided with a 3 day loss of electrical supply, but staff did all they could to make us comfortable. Indications were that it would have been a comfortable place to stay with friendly and attentive staff. Perhaps we will return to see what it is like in normal circumstances

Only thing I didn’t like was that it’s a bit of a distant drive to get to shops. But if you go once get what you need, then it’s not a problem.

It’s a quiet peaceful area, lots of birds to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, cleaned every morning. The staff are friendly, helpful, they make you feel welcome and at ease. It was a great experience

The TV offering , Openview just didn't cut it.

The staff were always willing to help and were readily available. The room was spacious and very comfortable.

Fridge did not work but they did attend to it immediately. No exterior chairs. Fan did not work but they replaced it immediately.

Only the road to the property were very bad and it did not go well with us to drive in such bad conditions in the dark. We understand that they are busy getting it fix by the Road Department.

We were extremely tiered and we just arrived in pitch darkness, because of loadshedding. We were just wondering if this is going to be a bad evening. We were taken care of and escorted to our room, very surprised with the size of the room and amenities. We were offered to come for super and we wondered if we had enough energy.to go to the restaurant. The food was fresh well presented and a nice portion. Thank you for a smooth evening and a well slept evening.

I didn't like the fact that we were told that there is WiFi and only to arrive there and be told there's no Wifi coverage in the rooms we were in, and yet they said there is WiFi. That makes us not to wish to come back again because these days WiFi is a necessity. We spent lot of money on data when we were there cos we were misinformed about the WiFi.

I bought Chips and Russians for breakfast and they were perfectly made.

I cannot think of a negative, maybe if I had to be picky I would say that tea sachets and milk (besides Cremora) would have been nice to have in our room (we only had coffee sachets, no tea bags) for the tea lovers.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds comfy, prices reasonable and the food was delicious!! We loved the extra touch of having an electric blanket on our bed, that kept us nice and warm throughout the night.

It's was good no complain

The place is a nice secluded area nice gateway from the city life, the pool was very clean didnt want to come out of it. We had self catering but it was all good

The wiring in the chalet need to be neatened up.

Being vegetarian, they were very accommodating. The portions were good and the quality was excellent. The breakfasts were very good.

An absolutely brilliant place with all the necessary facilities including a microwave and fridge as well as emergency lights in case of load shedding I think everything was pretty much perfect not forgetting the absolute clear sky with no light pollution
