The room had spiders and spider webs. Only 1 towel was provided yet I booked for 2 people. The bed runner was dirty.

The accommodation was not as in the pictures, Some beds were not comfortable, some rooms had no lights. Overall I wasn't happy. I will not recommend this place to someone else

The main gate doesn't get locked so that was a bit of a problem for me especially because the door of the room I had booked sometimes didn't wanna lock. The staff goes into our room when we're not around (to do what? I have no idea). One time I had stepped out for a bit, then when I went back to my room, the staff had taken my iron (for what? I don't know because it was mine), so that kinda made me feel like my valuables aren't really safe at that place. The shower didn't have hot water. The bed wasn't comfortable at all. My door didn't lock sometimes. There were ants and cockroaches.

The place smelled good. The area is nice and quiet. The staff was always available to help. There was security at the place so that eased my stay a bit. There were no noisy neighbors whatsoever.

The toilet seat cover thing was none existent,it was hard to shut the toilet door (had to lift&pull/slide) and I could smell whatever products used to clean the toilet. There were roaches in the room. The place has a lot of potential to be high end,if work can be put into renovating the property.

I liked that the bed was really comfortable and they were flexible with the check-in time. The staff were very friendly as well,we only stayed for a night. It served it's purpose.

I would've liked to have stayed there but when i emailed that I would like a change of dates cause i chose the wrong dates I got no reply from the property at all

the place doesn't look like pics,aircon doesn't work,shower head tied with rope,toilet seat broken,basin tap not secure , door structure patched just nothing i want to experience again,a lot of african men at the back flatlet.... Just wanted morning to come...

There was a terrible smell especially at night which made me to go to bed late and I even got sick 🤮. There are also crawling insects of all types.

They did not provide free wifi, the microwave was faulty, non functional aircon and cockroaches. The place can greatly attractive but the owners need to do more to attract value for money 💰

Rooms were not cleaned daily and there was a lot of cockroaches and spider webs, the toilet was smelling of urine, I actually had to clean it myself and got rid of all the insects daily, and there was a lot of rats around.

The place doesn't look well taken care of, we were supposed to have an aircon in the room there wasn't. There was only one plug to use and the bed sheets were not cleaned properly. I found a piece of hair between the sheets

The noise of other guests early morning and late night was not very nice.

Staff were friendly and helpful. There is a lot of potential in Pixi Lodge. If the owner can read and fix the minor suggestions of previous visitors, the place can be really good, it is central, it is neat and clean. Our stay was very comfortable.

when i went outside the room for a smoke break i saw rats all overt the yard i was completley freaked out they were in the back yard tree jumping around over the dirt bins and they even ran in and out of the little back yard kitchen

There was no coffee or tea making facilities available as mentioned as well as no free soaps etc as mentioned. The TV was not working and the curtains on the curtain rail were hanging loose. I feel that they could with a little more effort make the place look better and provide a few more conveniences.

The bed was very comfortable and although the bed linen was old it was clean. The shower worked very well and the water became hot very quickly.
