There was still building work going on to complete the hotel, therefore is was a bit noisy at times and a lot of workman around.

The managament is trying to resolve problems that exist with this very new hotel (furnisihing of rooms was still going on when I was there), in particular with the quite noisy doors.

If you have one of the rooms facing the sea, this is a nice choice. The rooftop pool has spectacular views and you can order food/drinks from the restaurant. Direclty on Main Street with many restaurant choices and shopping center around. !0 min walk to the beach and further restaurant options.

A bit over priced in comparation to other acommodations I had. In some room noise from the street while window opened.

the original room we were given was incredibly small, especially for the price paid. It had a small courtyard, was on the lower ground floor with only light coming from the 3rd floor roof skylights. Luckily we were moved after 4 nights and had last 3 in a much bigger room which was definitely acceptable.The hotel is new, still needs a few finishing touches of things like hooks in the bathroom.small upstairs pool area. The location is very convenient to wander around town.

Location was good. The room allocated and paid for was substandard The seaview room was booked and it did not fullfilled what was advertised. The rates charged were absorbent ridiculous. In conclusion the room accommodation should be rated between a 2 and 3 star. Very disappointing. It was misleading advertising. For this reason we had to book out into a proper full 5 star hotel. What the hotel sees as a suite room is actually a standard room.

Fantastic facilities, great location. Service at the restaurant could have been better but overall we loved our stay. Perhaps have the pool bar open at 09h00 as there were many people sitting around the pool but no service offered.

Some of the waiters are fairly new, but overall well spoken.

It is a new hotel in the centre of Plett which is very convenient to be able to walk without searching for parking. The entire hotel consist of card access control for extra security. The skybar with the swimming pool overlooking the beach is the best time spend at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, but it was very evident that the staff in the restaurant need training. The pool area is nice, but needs more furnishings. Noise travels in the hotel. If you are staying in a standard room, do not expect to be able to sleep in late. Overall it is a good hotel that just needs some fine tuning.

There was no information about how the breakfast or the dinner worked. We didn't know that there was a buffet for the morning and learned later from other guests that you could also order extra breakfast (which was included in our booking). The waiter team is still training and were presenting bills for diner which was included and showed up with card machines although we had already eaten there 5 times. I guess over time it will improve. Besides that it was annoying that they started drilling before 8 in the morning as they were installing some apartments. When you book the standard room you will have a little fenced terrace in the hallway of the hotel.

Great new hotel with a nice new room and comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a suite as the hotel just opened. The breakfast and diner was good quality wise. The view from the rooftop was stunning and the cocktails are great.

The roof was leaking in the lobby by the elevator. The restaurant is very slow and the bar upstairs equally slow too. The restaurant and bar needs some serious new management.

Don’t go, it’s a rip-off. See above. Only filter coffee for breakfast and additional charge for flat white/cappuchino when you pay so much for the room - simply to avoid.

Not much - Don‘t go - rooms are tiny, nowhere from the 27m2 advertised. When we complained about the room size not being correct (at about $200 a night) we were assured it was the correct size. No understanding of our disconfort whatsoever. Poor management.
