We got a room that was apart from the hotel with too much steps and not comfortable to get to our room, it was 7 on top of restaurant . But it was expected as we booked a day before . Last year we had a different room and the view was excellent and access easy to the room. So I think I’ve booked in time ,it can Choose m room ,but I’m definitely coming back cause first experience lasts forever … see you soon Thanks

This specific room nr. 2 were facing a very busy and noisy street. The shower is bit messy and water take long to drain.

The self-catering room compact and comfortable. There is small bar fridge to keep stuff cool.

Extractor fan from the restaurant downstairs ran the whole night making a terrible noise throughout the apartment. The apartment also had a terrible fish smell from the restaurant below.

We enjoyed our stay nothing wrong. Maybe putting a fan in the rooms for the hot summer days, and just check the bathrooms... we woke up to a few baby cockroaches(small ones). maybe came through the shower pipes? Otherwise we had a good time.

We really enjoyed our one night stay. Had a good night's sleep and was comfortable. Rooms were clean and and very spacious. Was nice to have a n view of the ocean.

they have multiple locations, they gave me an apartment without WIFI, so we changed it to another apartment that didnt have ocean view since we need internet for the night. The apartment DIDN'T have any AC, so it was hot and humid on that day. AC and WIFI needs to be taken into consideration while booking this apartment

The first room the oven was not working properly. The 2nd room, the first toilet had a drain smell which was disgusting. Both rooms and bathrooms had a lack of ventilation. Outside only 2 chairs to sit on but 5 guests in the room.

It didn’t have a sea view and it was very noisy in the main bedroom early on the Monday morning before the school across the road started.

the property was up several flights of stairs - so don’t come with a lot of luggage and would not recommend for the non agile elderly. the lounge furniture needs replacing, there was no shower head in the main bathroom, the 2nd bathroom was extremely small with cracked tiles everywhere. the outdoor furniture could do with some extra seating and a cleanup the 2nd double bedroom had a non opening window - understandably - the window had a view of a very close wall.

the location of apartment PB1 was amazing - the view was amazing, the reception were very friendly and helpful with our needs. Only a short walk to the light house and the St Blaze path for some beautiful scenery, close by were restaurants - one immediately beneath the apartment (noise did not carry up), mini market and take aways. The kitchen was well equiped for a longer stay and the Wifi was ok. The main front bedroom woke up to an amazing sunrise

The room needs a work desk and chair, which there is plenty of space to place one. Be aware of only one electrical socket Euro style for the room. The rest are used by appliances and they are a large round, three post plug based on the UK style but with round contact posts, not the flat posts UK style.

Location X 3! This is a 1-2 star hotel but for the enviable location. Had a balcony on first floor #13 just above the street but is wasn’t deal breaker and relatively calm. Next to a seafood restaurant and a chain steakhouse is very close as is Marsh St, with various Bars/restaurants to choose from.

It was good value for money and there was not much to fault. Only possible issue was due to its location near the water the hotel was a fair walk from other shops, restaurants and café's.

Check-in was quick and we were given an alternate room to that as it would be quieter and not near the road. Room was clean and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. An electric fan was provided to keep us cool during the night. Although they did not have a restaurant on site they provided a voucher to the nearby restaurant which was excellent.

We provided our own breakfast most mornings, but we did decide to try breakfast at Delfinos one morning but it was the worst breakfast experience unfortunately! The coffee was like hot water with a little coffee flavouring. The milk froth was terrible. We sent it back and ordered tea instead… the tea was cold and weak. We complained and then got a decent pot of tea. Depfinos don't have milk jugs… they bring you milk in a cup with no handle! The waiter was also very unfriendly and did not seem to feel like working really.
