The toilet was not functional, water kept coming out,. Please get a plumber. Its only the toilet outside not the ensuite

I absolutely loved the location, the house was as advertised, nothing was different. The bedrooms and the lounge looked so amazing as well as the bedding was good. Everything in the kitchen was functional

- When I got there, there was water from the dishwasher asked for help but it took long that I had to wipe the water and I didn’t like that, the toilet was also leaking and it wasn’t a good thing for a guest to keep calling because there’s just a lot of water leaking

I loved the view the apartment is beautiful. I had a complaint however they were quick to resolve my complaint with smiles so I'm have thankful for that.

The place needs some maintenance - bathroom shower leaks all over the floor, bathroom door doesn't close, bathroom light wasn't working. The outside patio and furniture could also do with a good scrub down, and it was littered with bord poo.

Loved the views and the comfy rooms. Staff were also very helpful and efficient.

No Instructions of where to find the keys The securities around the complex was uninformed Nobody could tell me where to find this place. Badly situated The security was not helpful The person who eventually called was also not helpfully I wont use the place again nor would I recommend it

Due to the weather conditions, the big glass door in the lounge wasn't closing properly and scary at times 😳 needs some T.L.C

The view and location were exceptional.it was peaceful and very relaxing. Richard, the guy downstairs, was so welcoming and kind. Great job, bro 👏 very helpful. Definitely will be going back.

The sliding doors on the balcony gave us a problem closing. They must work on pest control, and the kitchen needs more cooking tools and a toaster.

Its just that this apartment really needs some TLC, Its a beautiful apartment , The door handles are falling off , the main glass door out to the balcony was a problem for locking it at night , Since my husband is such a handy man , he sorted that for us, and one of the door handle screw fell off , he put that back on, We are one of those ppl who will look after anything just like our own , therefore took good care if his apartment ,

However, do take note of the following: 1. The security will likely be the one to welcome you. The accommodation managing lady will likely message you the day before arrival saying you can WhatsApp her. And an hour or two before check-in will then message you asking for your details so she can arrange with the complex security. RECOMMENDATION: Call her the night before you arrive to forward your details. Then call her multiple times the day of your arrival until she sends you the access pin and confirmation that the complex caretaker is aware of your arrival. Don’t rely on her acknowledging your WhatsApp message- it likely won’t get done. 2. In terms of cleaning, I found the cleaner still busy at 14H25. The plus side is she will then redo any concerns you have and bring fresh towels. 3. As Hennie reviewed 07/04/2022- the place does need renovation. The patio door does not lock properly. You need to close both doors simultaneously for it to almost close; however, it still won’t be locked. 4. TV room cushion covers strategically placed to cover their defects. Should preferably be replaced. 5. In terms of TV, Skyworth Android Streaming box with free WIFI is available in the unit. You’ll have to log in with your own relevant accounts. 6. As per previous comments, no DSTV. 7. For check out we simply left the keys in the unit key locker as there were no other instructions.

Overall good accommodation, beautiful sea views from the rooms, and fairly well-equipped unit.

Housekeeping must be booked before hand, you need to call them when you need something which was a bit of an inconvenience I would prefer housekeeping on a daily basis for things like towels and sheets. The couches were uncomfortable and the living room is cold there's a lot of wind coming through the doors and no warm blankets to cover yourself just light throws which was not warm enough for kids. The balcony shutters don't close and they make a lot of noise at night because of the wind and we couldn't use the balconies much because of the birds and bird poop and there was a lot of it.

Location was great close to the beach and Ushaka marine which was ideal for the kids. The view was amazing and the place was clean. The host was amazing very helpful and always available to cater to our needs.
