South Africa5 reviews1 helpful vote“Fair stay”No communication. No telephone so to reach the reception when you need help. The electricity kept tripping throughout our stay. Cause there is no means of communication. We had to figure the way to restore it ourselves. On 2 occasions we called the maintenance guys as they were passing by. Even themselves they couldn't do much with electricity tripping, cause after they leave, it would go down again 😒. The stove is old and not properly cleaned. The courtesy coffee, sugar and powder milk sachet were old and the packets were greasy on the outside.
Our chalet. No. B08 The chalet was clean. The bed was comfortable . Also the beds in the 2nd room were comfortable. The chalet is the way it was advertised. Our chalet had sea view which was nice.

South Africa4 reviews“Disappointed”I booked for 2 studio units. I got only 1 because they said they didn't have. Instead they gave me a 6 sleeper. We requested for units to be next to each other but we were far apart. The water was brown. We practically had to boil it and wash dishes. We drank our own bottled water. The microwave in the studio unit didn't work. So all in all those units need to be revamped. Its very old and has a funny smell. But location of the resort was good. Thank you

South Africa1 review“Disappointed Guest”Found bugs in the bed twice. Bedding old and stained. Water was harvested from rain and was dirty even though chlorine tabs were used to kill germs. No generators.

Loud music AND DRUNK people screaming and swearing into the night hours I can't even mention everything, it was so bad that we left after one night AND LOST OUR MONEY!!!!!! This is absolutely no place for a family, the pictures of the place is probably taken 20 years ago Our kids couldn't even play outside because of the drunk people and taxi's driving around I would not recommend this place to my biggest enemy If I could upload a video, I will show you
