It was very clean and location, directly across Ushaka Marine world, also the MSC Cruise Terminal is just around the corner. I would recommend staying here of you are cruising on MSC it is clean and within walking distance to both Ushaka and Cruise Terminal. Public Transport(taxi and bus) drives past the place, so you can get transport easily.

The location is a bit dodgy. The breakfast is a slice of toast and you have no variety or options. The WiFi did not work None of the channels were working.

The sign indicating the name of the hotel could have been a bit more I don't know...brighter, more eye catching because I almost passed by it

The staff was very nice even though I arrived very very late they still treated me politely, showed me to my room, recommended supper. It was overall very nice after I'd had a very tiring bay

The windows are a little bit high, making the view not clear and difficult for short people to access windows.... The place is situated in a "dodgy" area although it was safe to walk at night I think the need to put more photos of the place on their website, including the outside of the place...not forgetting to enlarge the name of the place by the entrance area.

Breakfast was exceptional, I can't remember the lady's name, but she came knocking at our door asking if they could bring it into the room since they were about to close, which was unexpected 👌🏾👌🏾 location... Next to South Beach, just opposite Ushaka and MSC embarking point which made it easier for us to get to the place since we were from the cruise... Staff was amazing, including the security guards

The parking is a little iffy of you don't know the area but they do lock the garage at night so that helps.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and neat. It is across the road from Ushaka so we were able to walk.

We didn't find towels..... and staff were not refilled let alone the room didn't have atheist a single chair.

There is no WiFi, they have smart tv which needs internet to play programs so since they didn’t have WiFi we were unable to watch tv, it’s difficult to have iron as the only have only one iron and a huge steam iron which they are difficult to get at the time you want them, no telephone in the room every time you need something you have to go to the Bar using the staircase because they don’t have lift. No receptionist .

It’s just a minute from the ushaka marine and the transport is easily accessible

The place is fairly new and our room smelt paint and also they only had 2 irons to be shared by 2floors thats really not practical. The person who was serving breakfast was not presentable to serve food I'm mean they could do with a bit of simple uniform instead of flipflops making noise all the way. Considering the fact that it close to Ushaka and Point waterfront, i expected quality stay however there's room for improvement. When i attempted to extend my stay with 1 day the price changed to R1400 daily instead of the R806 that i paid a day.

The location was perfect, 2min walk to Ushaka, it was close to the public transport should you need it therefore i was happy with the area.
