We didn't like the minimal lighting in the room (and at the restaurant) and the fact that we couldn't turn off the noisy extractor fun in the bathroom. Also, there were no tissues in the room but that was very minor. Also, the wi-fi connectivity wasn't consistently great inside the room.

The staff was very friendly and they were able to give us a room an hour before the check-in time. Our room was very spacious and had a view of the pool (we could also spot some planes in the distance). We had both lunch and dinner at the hotel and the food offered for lunch at the bar was good. For dinner, there was the option of a la carte (same as the lunch menu) or buffet but we chose the buffet since it had a variety of options available at a good price. To get to the hotel we used the free airport shuttle from the airport that is every 30 minutes. When we exited the airport terminal we noticed a Premier Hotel kiosk there and we went to ask where the shuttle was. The lady there was very kind to accompany us to the bus stop when we told her that it was our first time here.

Unfortunately, the bathrooms did not have hot water. Taking a hot bath or shower after a long flight is the first thing we want to do after a long flight. Water was also cold the next morning.

Airport shuttles to and from the hotel arrived on time, and the driver was friendly. I appreciate the service you provided.

Could do with more vegan friendly food options on the lunch/dinner menu.

The room was super spacious and was perfect for our three nights in Johannesburg. The pick up and drop off from the airport was very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and professional.

I was travelling solo and needed a safe stay for the night. Premeir hotel gave me just that. Staff were nice. Free transport to and from airport was on time. Very helpful staff and took great pics to those who love pics like me lol.

Food couldve been better, specifically the wings. Signage around hotel could be better(was a bit tricky getting to the lift as there were no clear signs )

The air conditioning is not working properly, it was noisy & the one in my room shuts off 2 hrs, I had to manually turn it ON, so had a disruptive sleep as the room gets warm without the continuous air conditioning.

Bedroom lighting is very dim and couldn't get air conditioning to cool the room although it appeared to be working. (602).

Restaurant staff was helpful/accommodating when taking order but never came back to see if I needed anything else or how everything was. Got up to go to the bar for service a couple of times. Everything else was great.

Have stayed before, both on my on and with my husband while in transit to catch international flights. Very helpful front desk staff/porters and maids, although I found the restaurant staff quite inattentive and uninterested in serving guests. Bar staff was better. Food decent, facilities good and location/shuttle service are both excellent. We will definitely be back.

Restaurant staff for dinner were slow & inattentive. No vegetarian + gluten free options. Shower door had a missing magnetic strip so it couldn’t stay closed.

Great location to the airport (6-7min drive) shuttle service was on time every time, shuttle driver William was excellent as was the porter (Julian I think). Received great customer service from both of them. Room was spacious, in good condition & very comfortable bed.

Great value for a hotel at Johannesburg airport. comfy beds. good shower. every 30 minutes theres a shuttle to airport. (but some times there are more people than what a single shuttle can contain)
