We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaOnly thing I didn't like,it was their cleaning staff, 2 times 2 different maids just entered my room 1808 using their scanners in the morning so sudden, while we were still in the room, it was between 9 and 10am, That was so strange 😕
It was wonderful, had long flight from Dubai, it was good rest for next flight to PE next day, Great service of shuttle to pick&drop at airport, Reception staff was excellent 👏

South Africa(The breakfast), the yogurt was slimy and a bit off. The one (chef) who was doing eggs likes arguing a lot with customers and did not follow orders properly. (Dinner) - The waitress who was serving us was good but the barman struggled to get the cocktail that I ordered right (it was sort of like trial and error) and when it was billing time, they told me what I was drinking was not part of their pre-installed menu item (I should have been told this info earlier). So I was charged for something else which was way more than the drink should cost.
The facilities overall are excellent. The rooms are spacious.

Lovely hotel but staff not so friendly, staff treat the hotel like guest house somewhere in the township, not friendly at all. Not professional at all. I dnt blame staff I blame management because I have been sleeping in that hotel for the last 11 years but no improvement I want to believe management have no culture.

United KingdomThe gym was a bit out of date/ basic and needs more equipment. Air conditioning units in room are very very loud which keeps you awake during night if switched on. But if switched off, it is uncomfortable and hot. Staff were generally ok but a bit rude in reception.
There is a free shuttle bus provided from airport to hotel multiple times across the day. This made it easier for us and saved on Uber/taxi. The spa is quite basic but the treatments are very very good value and me and my daughter received amazing, relaxing massages. The food is very reasonably priced and to a good standard. Beds are comfortable and large rooms. As far as value for money goods, this is very good standard if staying a night or two during flight overlays.

Close to the airport with a free shuttle to and from. Big hotel, clean and nice facilities. Buffet dinner was good and reasonable choice. Comfortable beds.

United KingdomI loved the room size . The staff were very helpful. The shuttle service was the best thing as they dropped us to a nearby train station and we could explore Johannesburg on our own. It's 20 min walking distance to the station.

NetherlandsWe took the shuttle from the airport and there was quite a lot of traffic at the time, so we had to wait quite some time for the next shuttle, that was difficult with young children. Also there was a second swimming pool we wanted to use at the hotel next to the grass, but the water was full of leaves and quite dirty, so we stayed at the other one which was better.
We stayed one night at hotel O.R.Tambo as a stopover from flying back to Europe. We really appreciated this hotel for its family friendly facilities and helpful staff who tried to make it as comfortable as possible for us. We enjoyed the swimming pool area and the restaurant food. We also had breakfast included and everything was very tasty. Overall we had a great experience there and will come back again as it is hard to find family friendly hotels close to the airport.
