I requested a corner room on the top floor with the booking, but instead was given a normal room on the 8th floor. I detested the fact that I was charged for a cappuccino with breakfast. The hotel should make these small concessions, which guests will appreciate.

The staff was friendly right from the Security to the Receptionist. We were made to feel at home, the cleaning staff was also helpful. The breakfast was amazing. The special request of a baby cot and an extra blanket was granted 👍🏽

The food my girlfriend ordered was very oily to a point she couldn’t eat it.

It was easy to get to Mhlanga surroundings and the apartment was safe. The room I got had a balcony with a sea facing.

The hotel refused to borrow us glasses. AIRCON was not working,only cold air.

Upon check-in I was not told about the facilities of the hotel, the receptionist had to answer the phone. Upon entering the hotel there was nobody to help me with my luggage, even those that saw me struggling didn't offer to help. The blue-tech iron shouldn't be offered to guests, the cord is very short and difficult to change the temperature on it to suit the garment I am ironing. A huge security risk was when I asked to have a key recut for me the receptionist on Saturday night asked me to confirm that I am Zwikazi Noqamza instead of asking me to state my name so he can confirm on the system. Upon check-in I paid R1200 for our daily breakfasts however every morning at the breakfast room we were questioned and they would have to confirm what I was saying to reception. I don't know if comments were made on our booking or not but that wasn't nice. Pit checks should be done properly to ensure all is communicated on the system and to relevant outlets on the property.

The breakfast was a bit average, nothing wrong with it however the one day the bacon was too salty and the next day the bacon tasted like it was boiled or something. The whole was absolutely beautiful and clean. It looked exactly like the pictures. I felt safe throughout our stay. The staff we interacted with were lovely they greeted us and served us with a smile especially upon checkout, the two receptionists were exceptional. My refund was seamless. I would definitely recommend the hotel. The location is great, it was easy to be picked up and dropped off via Uber. The view at the breakfast room was really amazing.

We were not told where breakfast is served and had to figure it out ourselves. I also didn’t realize we didn’t add breakfast to our package and only found out when we went to eat. It would have been great if someone explained that during check in.

Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Location is great, a walking distance to Gateway. We had a nice sea view. The staff is also great

sound proof wasn't at best, I was able to hear people from the outside. but luckily no one really talk that loud at night so it didn't bother my sleep.

The convenience booking online with no need for credit card details. I can easily ask my assistant to book it for me then I can pay when I arrive.

Lovely Hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Views from our room were amazing. Parking was onsite and very convenient.

The non inclusive Breakfast. It causes a lot of uncertainty among staff. Waited 30 min for a coffee, (worth 30ZAR) because the staff first had to check and recheck an realign with their managers. Suggestion would be to include breakfast either way...or train morning staff to handle the situations better.

The restaurant was expensive, with the portions being small. The balcony was a bit scary looking. Restaurant staff wasn't all that friendly.

gentleman at checkout. the amount of attitude he gave my husband when my husband asked for the balance of the credit we’d put down for our expenses during the stay. if you have a video please watch it. firstly, saying we can’t get a refund we’ll have to use the balance the next time we stay at one of your establishments and then giving it back when a customer insists on it smells very very fishy, especially when you were not told at check in when you paid the credit that it’s non refundable. it just makes your establishments come across as shady!
