Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaWe had an issue with getting hot water since they use the boiler system and the water takes time to heat, thus making you run the tap for longer to try and get water. I felt very bad waisting water which is why we requested to change rooms the following morning and had an issue with one of the toilets not flushing properly. Other than that it was a good stay.
The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The rooms were very nice, clean and neat. The hotel is close to all the places were needed to be, very central.

South AfricaI had problems with the WiFi was in room 709 the WiFi connects only when you in the loo.I stayed over for two nights and both nights I bathed with cold water considering the fact that I came with my daughter that has special needs ,I couldn’t bath her cause the water.The room needs extra maintenance.
The staff were very welcoming and very friendly and so helpful,from the front desk,the gentleman at bar exceptional service,I forgot his name.The housekeeping lady aswell.The staff members were very nice a d professional.

On booking.com it said we booking a room with a garden view, I called reception and they told me that doesn’t exist. Shared area such as the pool was very dirty, soiled with bird poop. The carpets in the hotel are extremely dirty, especially in room 107. We were also not allowed to consume our own drinks on your premises, first holiday / accommodation that I’ve ever been to that does that. Overall, there are no facilities to have drinks, except the restaurant.

South AfricaAs a loyal member of president hotel, the Service received during check in was underwhelming as it took an hour to sort out my booking. In the process, the level of professionalism and etiquette from the receptionist was out of the door. As I get to the room, there is no towel, soap, the lotion is from the previous guests and the room smells of a dirty carpet. The room doesn’t have a mini fridge and a DND sign I requested to be placed by the door wasn’t delivered.
