The cleaning of the room before check-out , the sink stopper didn't close properly and washing dishes was not easy . And a lot of cockroaches everywhere

There were no toilet papers even for the first day. Water wasn't flowing through the sinks in the kitchen and one bathroom.

The view is beautiful and the flat is beautiful and comfortable.

Security was rude, its like he wasnt in the mood for work. Made me read the entire confirmation message on booking.com just to see which apartment to direct.me until i lost it and told him.where.to get off

The safe was locked, buve didn't have a stopper and no hot water, but the shower was working perfectly fine, there were cockroch in the room but if you can try to take the rubbish if we are out there must be a different, lastly since we were on the 14th floor, it was not easy to use step during the loadshedding beside that everything was fine we really enjoyed

It rained and the water was coming in the apartment😔no extra toilet papers were provided,jst once 2 rolls and we stayed 5 days😰 Bookings.com mentioned the refundable deposit of R500 that was already taken on the money paid,but when we arrived at the property we were charged R750😒

The place needs fumigation there are cockroaches and also it would be a good thing to install aircons . Another thing i didnt like we found the wardrobes locked and couldn't have access to them so our bags were laying around, impove on that. We were also not treated well by some guy telling us to not come into the building with alcohol whereas that is not mentioned on your page

The apartment was good ..what you see is what you get.. everything is close by .. what was even amazing is that kwikspar grocery shop is just next to us in case you want to make some grocery..it was a good place to ❤️❤️❤️

There was only a piece of toilet paper. I was expecting an unused toilet paper. There was no dish washing liquid. The pipes in the shower they blocked just after we took a shower on the 1st day. Wanted to use the bath tub but the water was cold. No wine glasses. There was only 4 tumble glasses and we were. The most disgusting thing was cockroaches, those creatures were everywhere. We were charged R400 for cleaning but the cleaner only came when we checked out, I request a refund for cleaning.

The place was beautiful. It looks exactly as it is in the picture. The bed was comfortable as well.

Brooms,buckets inside the wadrobe.the other side of the wardrobe in the other room was locked,there were cocroaches ,bad smell in the bathrooms,poor and insufficient toilet paper

Everything. Firstly the cockroaches there was so much . No cleaning supplies, since they didn't have room service they could have at least left us cleaning supplies. The TV remote had no battery, no wine glasses or bottle opener. The bowls and plates are chipped. And to top it all of the electricity got finished we were in the dark trying to contact the owner for over an hour. The closet doors are padlocked, the whole flat was just a disaster

We had a roof over our heads that's the only good part. The surrounding place was safe to walk. And the security at the reception area was very friendly and helpful.
