My only complaint was the pillows. They were a bit thin and in that state pillows get to after a while where they're neither firm enough, nor soft enough. An extra pillow would have been nice. I shoved a throw cushion under my main pillow for a little elevation and got on just fine though.

For us the location was perfect. It's a quiet neighbourhood but centrally located. The room was spotless, and had all the amenities expected for the price. The bed was really firm, which suited me perfectly, but my wife thought it was too firm, but not uncomfortably so. Aircon was effective, the fridge and kettle worked. Parking wasn't an issue, and the staff were fantastic!

No shops around the accommodation Network/wifi was very slow No breakfast included/request on booking.com it still shows they serve breakfast but not anymore only found out at the property I was very disappointed

Definitely a gem in Pretoria. Loved everything. It has that home away from home vibe. I love that it has a little kitchen and a bar fridge. Very safe I'll try the breakfast next time

Linnen were freshly washed and ironed, but had some stains I did not complain about it, would just suggest it is checked into Parking is a little cramped, though duty manager quickly came to assist in directing to exit safely everytime

Not enough parking, only enough towels for one person(one big, one hand towel) and only a thin quilt to sleep under. perhaps a complimentary water would have been great!

The fact that we had to call someone to always open the gate for us, I understand if that could be a security issue but sometimes it can be tedious to always call someone to open the gate for us. Maybe in the future get a security guard.

I like tea first thing in the morning. We had sachets of coffee in our room but no teabags. Also, it was a good thing that I brought my own bath soap ! All Saturday afternoon, evening, and night a cheerful party -- a birthday party I think -- braaied and ate and drank near the gate. Their noise lasted just a little bit too long, but it didn't matter. We were surprised to see a couple of the same men already drinking outside the lounge when we checked out the next morning.

My friend and I had stayed in the Room #4 before. It was equally good this time. Sipho -- I don't know his surname -- was the perfect host, both before we arrived via WhatsApp and later when we wanted to leave our key at the desk.
