Room cleanliness could be improved, we found previous guests trash in the room, carry an adapter and there is a serious need for new inners for the duvets.

Simply basic stuff. not something special to wow me for the value of the money. The feel is missing to complete the fit with money paid

The rooms had a bit of a musty closed up smell. I think the ventilation in the room could be a bit better. It had a typical hotel smell. I’m a sucker for nice smelling linen. I guess it is a hotel at the end of the day.

The hotel is so pretty and so central. Staff was Amazing and friendly, check in was so smooth. We stayed for one night for a function and it was walking distance to our venue. There is also a shuttle service that takes you around santon. So very convenient if you don’t have a car. We loved it. Hotel was nice and busy. And room was clean.

The room they gave me was spacious and clean! I loved the view over the pool!!!! The bathroom was just how I liked it. The team was friendly and helpful. The restaurants served yummy food!!

The first night was extremely uncomfortable with a wedding party going on until 3am. They should consider sound proofing the rooms as the noise carries into the rooms. They should also have warned us in advance.

They do not sell sparkling wine by the glass.

Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool area was quiet and pleasant. Food in Bullrun restaurant was delicious and inexpensive. Good choice of wines and spirits at very cheap prices. Close to Nelson Mandela square with lots of shops and good restaurants. Also arranged transfer for us to visit the Apartheid Museum.

The location is next to none, near the Gautrain and Woodford car rental. Complimentary bus shuttle to Sandton. Great garden and intimate pool. Would stay again.

The location it was central to the Convention center. The elderly security gentleman outside was the best he is a super star!

The combination of modern technology within the old traditional hotel model is outstanding. Provision of the shuttle taxi is a big complementary gesture to guests which definitely makes one to fall in love with the hotel.
