We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaBreakfast needs a bit of an upgrade. There was no fresh coffee available unless asked for. More options for breakfast would be good. Also, a deli would be helpful for meals, when on the go.
The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner was welcome in the room and added comfort. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and the bathrooms were well equipped.

South AfricaBreakfast set up and availability to the guest , coffee machine was out of order and no alternative was offered from the restaurant. Opted for an cheese and ham omelet, this was delicious and fluffy with just enough pull of the cheese.
Beautiful setting in the room, added the extra romantic turn down, as it was our anniversary, very disappointing that we did not received our platter as quoted with the romantic turn down, but cold sparkling champagne was heavenly, in the hot summer heat! Went out for supper, returned to the room, tranquil setting, calm and peaceful. Woke up and attended breakfast, fairly good spread and ample choice. Sad we only booked 1 nights stay as we didn't get to enjoy the pool, deck and outside vibes. Will definitely be returning to enjoy and explore more.
