Thanks to Natalie, who let me check into my room early. It was much appreciated by me. The staff were all welcoming and kind. The breakfast was very good, also. The hotel is 30 seconds walk to the beach promenade.

I booked a total of 4 rooms. I am somewhat OCD when it comes to cleanliness and hygiene. Drains in my bathroom of 1 of the rooms smelt. But other 3 rooms were perfectly clean. A little dusty in the one room but they immediately deep cleaned and sorted the room out. Again, the other 3 rooms were perfectly clean. The manager at the front desk immediately went to inspect my room and had housekeeping tend to my concern. She then also gave me feedback, which I appreciated.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and attentive. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

The rest of the guests could have been more considerate and not slammed doors and had loud conversations on phones in the hall. This is no reflection on the hotel though.

All the staff were fantastic! So friendly and helpful and always with a smile. Nothing was ever too much hassle for them. There was ample secure parking, a restaurant right next door and lots more places to eat nearby and also breakfast in the hotel itself as well as a nifty bar with a super barman! Loadshedding was not an issue as the hotel had their own generator. The location was great, lots of shops, coffee shops and restaurants nearby too. Great value for money.

That we had had to be moved last minutes to the sister hotel. Our room was cold because the air on was not adjusting to heat mode even after the maintaince came to look at it.

House keeping didn’t clean my room for an entire day. also I’d suggest an adapter for electricity since some people won’t be able to charge their phones with the triple socket.

The small bathroom. The furniture isn't up to standard.. The breakfast also needs to be improved.

The staff is so warm and welcoming. They're always ready to help you. The reception welcomes you with juice or water and some cookie.. The management listens and assists.

The toilet kept running and didn't always flush properly. There was one chair in the room but no furniture on the balcony. I moved the chair onto the balcony temporarily, but there was barely enough room to sit outside. I could hear other customers so there was insufficient soundproofing.

The location was convenient to the Seapoint promenade, shopping, and restaurants. The Hop On Hop Off Bus stops a block away. I had a partial Oceanview room with a small balcony. The room was clean and I appreciated the small refrigerator and pot to make coffee/tea.

the room was super tiny, i had not expected it to be that tiny.

The place is awesome. It is a Protea so this is always a gurantee! It was just perfectly located and we could get around easily by foot or by uber. the staff were lovely and made us feel at home.

We left our gowns at home expecting gowns in the room.

I think it would have been great to have a resident restaurant yet I understand it may not be feasible considering the variety of restaurants in the area.

Very good service. I moved here from Protea Fire and Ice in CBD and it was like night and day as far as customer service is concerned and the room turned out to be a little cheaper yet it was more spacious with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was my second time to stay at this hotel and I look forward to coming back. Walking along the beach front every evening after a long and exhausting day was very refreshing. The sunsets are out of this world. Definitely the place that happens!, The beachfront is excellent for walking. Mojo Market is an interesting restaurant/eat out concept.
