Our room was a few meters from the Lions, such a beautiful and therapeutic view. We really enjoyed the roaring of the Lions every few minutes at night.

Dustbins inside the rooms are too small.

The treatment from the owner although the wife of the owner ended up apologizing.

The mixed dried herbs used as a garnish on all meals - when I asked at the next meal, the chef was happy to leave it off for me. The filter coffee was too strong for me (personal preference only - my husband loved it) but the staff made up for it by making me a special cup and remembered at each meal (we stayed 3 nights).

Breakfast was great. A coffee machine (cappuccino etc. would have been an added bonus). Rooms are very spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. The animals are beautiful and look well cared for. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I wished the had variety of food for breakfast to choose from. Did not like eating same thing every morning.

The place was just magical, is like having your own private zoo. I wished I stayed longer.

Unfortunately we did not have hot water for shower for more than a day. The breakfast was also too little and the staff in the dining area where not friendly at all. This was a shame because the staff that welcomed us were very friendly.

The staff at reception were very welcoming. Loved our room which, very specious and comfortable

The entrance needs to be sorted out. It allows for one car at a time, bi-directionally, and this is an issue, causes unnecessary congestion. The road towards the exit needs to be fixed, small cars don’t navigate easily at the gate.

The location and stuff are great. The rooms are fairly clean. Love seeing the animals

The place is so beautiful and the Rooms are very clean, I loved the fact that we had an extra bed for our child ❤️. The Breakfast was delicious loved everything that was served. For dinner orderd from the Restaurant and the food was Amazing 😊 All in all I give the place a 10/10👌👌👌

The breakfast was well cooked and I asked for scramble eggs to be cooked with a little salt and was done as asked. The only problem was the milk for the coffee had strange smell and tasted as if maybe going off. Also my husband only eats marmalade and none available. Otherwise very good. Thank you.
