A bit disappointed as the website advertised a restaurant for dinner or breakfast, there is no restaurant. Otherwise, the staff is great, accommodation rustic, loved it.

Very low shower pressure. Quite a long dirt road to get to the property and can be difficult to drive through in stormy weather. Bug spray in the rooms would be helpful because of the area.

Good value for money. Very good hospitality by staff. Cool drinks and water available at on site shop. Saw zebra's and buck on the property. Parking on sand near the room.

Brekfis was not worth the money Not sufficient aircons or fans avail Bar facilities was bad. Place needs to up some maintenance WiFi didn't work in bungalows.

The water pressure of the showers. But at least we had water.

We had an awesome 2 nights away. Zakhele was absolutely amazing and nothing was to much for him. He really went out of his way to accommodate not only us but all of guests.

Negatives are minor and focused more on alight improvements. Place mentioned coffee station for each accommodation type which we didn't have and the exit process was a challenge as we had to depress the missing button on the remote. Lastly there was no hand soap

Communication was clear, directions easy to follow. Space was clean and entire place well kept. I was very impressed with the whole place and the offerings. Even the information book at the place was very helpful. Zakhele was available at all times which was reassuring. Alternative arrangements for the kitchen were made as we were informed on arrival that the communal kitchen was undergoing refurbishment

Nothing the whole Experience was great

Loved being greeted by zebras, staff was readily available and very welcoming and helpful. Felt sorry for the breakfast group. Had a big group before us and then we were 14. They did a good job but felt they were overwhelmed getting enough cups etc.

Overall the camp, including our chalet, has seen better times and would greatly benefit from renovations. The wifi let us down most of the time. Despite of that, the camp has a lovely tranquil atmosphere and I would definitely come back if the price was competitive with similar facilities.

We met two staff members who were very friendly and most helpful. The hiking trail is well maintained, the camp is very tranquil and there are several game species visiting the camp which makes the stay memorable.

Communication between the app and the people at Pumusa was delayed. We arrived at sunset and it took a while to gain entry and find our bungalow

Neli gave us such a warm welcome and was exceptionally helpful. We loved the proximity to nature - had a fabulous bat show at a fig tree after dark!

I didn’t like that there were no soaps in the rooms. I also didn’t like that there was just one person cleaning the entire property. It will help if you added security guards.

No restaurant and nothing to enjoy at the camp. Bar didn't have ice so warm drinks and our first family cottage was dirty,, only available from 15h30 only after we complained did they move us to another cottage. There was also a break into someone's car a few cottages down from us. This place has so much potential with loyal and friendly staff I feel the owner need to step up here and start listening to their customer and ramp the place up. There's only so much the staff can achieve but if the owner is not maintaining his investment the staff's hands are tied.

The area was well kept and it has beautiful surroundings of veld.

The accomodation at Madala's cottage is comfortable and homely. The staff are polite and helpful. The facilities are lovely and kept the little one busy for hours.

The Kitchen is too far from our rooms

Everything there is about Nature it include cultural but what i like the most was the swimming pool it was like a Cave ....😚😚i so wish to visit again

Aircon and fridge was not working properly but we were assured it will be sorted out. A few basics in the kitchen still required like peeler, salad bowl and salad spoons. Loadshedding schedule should be shared with guests before they arrive so they can prepare and bring some back up lights etc.

Andre and the staff made us feel welcome and kept us comfortable as far as possible. Lovely surroundings and buck walking around. Great base to explore the surrounding game parks in the area.

There was nothing I didn't like...but for people who may want a sophisticated place that spelt modernism, they should rather look elsewhere, but that being said it is perfect for those who enjoy a sense of the real Africa.

I really enjoyed the real Bush feel to the place, it was well laid out and had a good atmosphere. Our stay was made better by the welcome we received, and the continuous helpfulness of the staff.. for the "birdies" it is the perfect place...endless birdsong...we took the walk through the park in the late afternoon which was lovely...and wonderful to share the surroundings with the various antelopes..
