Each time you enter the parking, you have to scan your driver's licence to enter and the guard will always ask the same question, what is the purpose of your visit, whereas they should accept your hotel card to enter.

Staff were exceptionally good. Was upgraded to the executive room which was nice as we had free access to the lounge. Would have rated a 10 if they did an evening turndown service.

Unfortunately, upon arrival, the door jammed, and we couldn't access the room. However, there was a prompt response from the staff to try and resolve the issue as soon as possible. We were eventually moved to another room with a blocked shower drain. Thankfully, it was also resolved within a matter of minutes after reporting. Also, despite requesting an earlier check-in, we waited at the lobby for more than an hour before we were given a room

The place was spotless, and the room was very spacious with a great view of the ocean. The hotel is statically located for easy access to the beach and the mall. Such a convenience! The staff were super friendly and prompt. Well done!

It’s a bit far to walk to the beach. They refused to give us towels for our beach visits, citing that the beach is too far. Some of the waiters were very nasty and unhelpful. Food items ran out too quickly. The queue to dish up breakfast was extremely long.

It’s modern, the shower was nice, and clean. The lighting was good.

The hotel's check-in process is notably lengthy, with a shortage of friendly staff, some of whom don't even smile—an unusual experience. Despite the claim of sea-facing rooms during booking, the rooms offer only a partial sea view, and the beds face the opposite direction, eliminating the possibility of waking up to a perfect ocean view. Poolside service is slow to almost non-existent, with many unavailable items. Housekeeping fails to replace basic amenities, necessitating daily phone calls. Occasionally, we requested champagne glasses, but they never arrived. It was my husband's birthday during our stay, and I sent an email seeking assistance to make it special, but received no response, which was quite disappointing. The in-room dining menu lacks variety, especially for children, and lacks drink options. Checkout personnel could benefit from being more amiable.

The hotel exudes exquisite charm and comfort, enhanced by its perfect location. The rooms are both spacious and modern.

Slightly confused staff. Woke me up 2 times in one night because of a shuttle taxi, they mistook 4 AM with 4PM. The Pool isnt inviting at all.

It was difficult to talk to house keeping on room phone. But reception was a good alternative :D

The check-in was not seamless and incorrect rooms were allocated. First one had housekeeping in it. Second one was not seaview as per the booking. My toddler dropped his toy and we also noticed how filthy the floor and carpet was underneath the bed.

Orientation. Found the room freezing. Didn't know what to do. Had to find my way around. No porter assisted with luggage. No dinner on 31st as restaurant was booked for private guests. No breakfast at hotel
