Great location, extremely friendly and helpful staff, fresh design, and delicious breakfast including a number of gluten free options. We also got a free room upgrade (even without asking) as a complimentary gesture on our arrival and a small farewell gift.

no view & close to lift (and I'm a Radisson Rewards member) Preferred the Nespresso machine vs plunger. No slippers in room Missed the note & 'gift' I normally get.

Swimming pool is a narrow long stretch 2 meters wide (we didnt realise from photos) and narrow terrace so we ended up not staying there. Breakfast selection is large but ingredients are just OK (but thank you for having original Nutella!). Cleanliness is generally good, but there was black mold on the grouting on the walls of our shower.

Excellent location, nice walk through touristy areas that are kept clean and safe (we preferred this location to sea point). Minimalistic decoration, but tasteful; room larger than we expected based on reviews; lots of light; table mountain picture perfect, lots of space to store our things; good beds and linens. Our kids LOVED that they each had their own TV (with Disney channel, cartoons CN, and others) with their own earphones (but one TV's earphone system wasnt working). Free sweeties and popcorn downstairs. Very friendly, efficient and active staff.

Helpful and friendly staff. Brilliant location. The rooms are clean, comfortable and practical. Good breakfast spread. The drinks and snacks at reception are such a good touch. Created such a fantastic experience. My husband left 2 perfumes in the safe, we realised when we already checked out. We made a few calls to the staff, they acted with care and speed - we got the perfumes...talk about integrity...

The room we got was a lot bigger than expected. Rooftop bar, pool and Gym was great and great prices. The free popcorn, sparking water and sparkling water in the lobby was great to come back to after a long day in stellenbosh The staff were really attentive and helpful,

Our blinds were broken so we had an engineer in with us late at night for over an hour. Also, the room wasn’t ready until an hour and a half after check in time. The staff however looked after us and the bottle of wine and gifts for the kids were appreciated.

The family rooms were great, as was the G&T on arrival

Breakfast time is overloaded with the guests of course, but there were only few staff to deal with table serving and taking the orders, we had to spend some time for waiting the clean table and making the order. There is not enough space in the room and we constantly banged our feet on the corners of the bed, it would be better to cover the corners with some soft upholstery:) Provided hairdryer didn't fit to any outlets in the room, i had to ask for charging adapter and i got it, but it's strange 😆 have a hairdryer that can not be plugged into any outlets) I think that the price for accommodation is overrated about 20%

Modern and stylish hotel, nice people working in Radisson RED. You can notice that hotel staff do a lot of things to do the guests staying on the high level;)

I was in a rush & asked to have my breakfast to go & thought it would take awhile. I was impressed that within a few minutes I had it in hand & was out the door! I made it to my appointment on time. And when I ate the breakfast later it was perfect!

We arrived at 14:00, dropped off our bags in the luggage room, and were told check-in was at 15:00. When we returned at 15:00, the room wasn't ready. We couldn't wait and ended up checking in only after 21:00.

The room was nice, with a beautiful view from the window—actually, a huge wall-sized window—and it was close to the Waterfront, great for late evening walks. Welcome drinks, popcorn, and various nice touches were provided.

The standard room was a small bit tight for a couple with two large suitcases so would consider the next size room if staying again. Unfortunately the popcorn machine was broken for most of our stay.

The location is perfect for a stay in Cape Town. Decor and cleanliness of the hotel and nice welcome drink. Cheap safe overnight parking. All staff very friendly.
