We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe apartment had a few issues, such as the stove that had only one plate that was working, even though after fixing the problem persisted, the leaking in the bottom floor room, the stairs, you really need to be fit to climb those stairs every day, but that's how the apartment is (this we can not change).
This was a self catering apartment, the location and access to be beach is a plus. The Ramsgate Beach Club is close to shopping amenities, and lots of Top rated restaurants such as the Waffle House. The collection of the key was hassle free when you follow the instructions.

South Africathere is nothing i did not like about the property or where it is located, and there is nothing i could say about what they should improve on, everything was perfect and i was satisfied.
perfect location, easy access to facilities. the property itself was clean and neat it did exceed my expectations, everything was in good working condition and it is exactly as it is on the website. the owner has exception communication and patience and explains everything thoroughly. would definitely recommend and visit again.

In one apartment passage lights were not working The staff not answering the phone when u want help, Lara” the hoster” from the sent us a text on the 18th saying we must pay a breakage deposit when I call her for clarification she wasn’t kind it was like she’s just waiting for me to say I’m cancelling!

South AfricaI would be lying if I said I have something I did not like our stay was perfect.
We booked for 10 ppl for our stay so we occupied 2 apartments. What I like the most was everything we needed in the houses we got and the private access to the beach was just amazing for me. Overall my sister's and I enjoyed our stay and wish to comeback again soon. All thank to our lovely host Lara she made everything easy for us God bless her beautiful soul.

Abkhazia, GeorgiaI was so disappointed inside the rooms were very dirty,in the bathrooms showers there are leaves, floors are dirty,in the kitchen dirty pot with mould,in the bedrooms there are fisses of gherko on the pedastals.Windows also dirty and upstairs toilet the toilet seat is broken is on the floor,toilet sink were dirty.Balcony also have leaves and garage. The beds have dust too. Our first day that nighty we clean the house.Another problem electricity it went from Friday at 19:00 until 15,:00 on Saturdays.Our food went of(rotten )especially meat.
The location was good,nice and beautiful In the morning you smell the sea breeze . It will be nice to have breakfast.

South AfricaI am a frequent client on Booking.com and have made many bookings via them. This is the first bad experienced I have had. So where do I start; 1. The stairs which we had to climb in the flat which is not mentioned on the website. 2. The whole furniture fittings is in dire need of an upgrade in both flats 7 and 8 which we booked. 3. The advert on Booking.com says its a 3 bedroom apartment but they neglected to say that the 3rd bedroom is basically in the garage and more of a servant quarters. 4. The shower in flat 7 leaks. 5. We were charged for damage to table that was like that when we initially got there and for a missing iron stone. I take the blame for not reporting the ironstone missing as I never did a full inventory check when we checked in. Who really does this, as we take it for granted that its checked 100% before the flat is being handed over us. 6. Taps that were faulty. 7. Rusty balustrades on the balcony in Flat 8 which my nephew cut his leg on. All in all this was a bad experience for us and we would definitely not recommend this accommodation, especially for the older folks because of the stairs.
