We kept bumping into the shower glass screen, very close to the bathroom door. I guess you gotta get used to it, other than that, we enjoyed the shower.

I liked everything, the lovely owner/manager even 😃 😊 The views, the garden/pool area ah!!! Just my kind of scene, exactly what I was looking for👌 I loved the decor and stylish furniture with a modern twist, a clean and neat room. I had booked the previous nights somewhere else, I had to leave prematurely because the room was dark and depressing , until I found my perfect hideaway. I wanted to get away from my work pressurized environment, de-stress and recharge, the property met all my expectations, thanks you so much, keep it up, will definitely come back .

Getting to the estate is a bit of a bumpy road. No real problem though

Not a lot, perhaps a small table or shelf in the bathroom to put things on, i would put it in place of the pot plant and use a 2 shelf table.

The tap water is not drinkable, and there was no proper coffee machine in the room.

The view of the river is wonderful, and there are many birds in the area. The accommodation has an authentic feel and looks very nice. Additionally next to the guest house there is a laundry service and a restaurant available. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Addo Park.

We booked the accomodation because it was close to the park we wanted to visit. After being in Addo we were told we shouldn't use the road we planned to use because it is not safe. Check out how to get there in advance! The place itself is incredible. Big, clean, friendly and cool atmosphere and the food at the restaurant is amazing!

The atmosphere in the restaurant could be nicer (with a little upgrade in terms of interior design, lighting, etc. - food was okay, though).

Nice, very charming little estate in peaceful surrounding next to the river. Perfect rooms with nice interior, private entrance and nice little outdoor area. Very good room service and well designed information booklet.

Just be aware that the estate is to be reached via a dirt road, can be difficult if it rains.

Lovely estate with great views! Loved to spend some time on the terrace having dinner or a glass of wine overlooking the sunset at the river. The restaurant is very lovely and open Wednesday to Sunday. The location is just a short drive away from the main gate to Addo Elephant National Park. We enjoyed our stay and can definitely recommend staying there!

The room was situated with a beautiful view of the river. There is a short trail leading down to the river. The room was stylish and clean. The restaurant and laundry are also in walking distance. Lisa also sent through sightings and where they were in the park which was awesome.

We are not great fans of plastic shower curtains, but we do not want to nit pick. In the evening there was a really unpleasant smell (which we suspected to originate from a nearby sewerage works, not from the property).

The property was exactly as described. It is good, comfortable reasonably priced accommodation. Lisa went out of her way to place mats on either side of the bed when we asked for it. The fact that it is unaffected by load shedding is a big plus (despite a slight mishap the first evening which was resolved). It was clean, well serviced, comfortable and well stocked with utensils etc. There was sufficient and uninterrupted hot water at all times.
