The bathroom needs some renovation. The shower head would not operate properly, and would spray all over the bathroom. The bath tub also looked very old and brown. The taps were also a bit rusted.

The views were exceptional and staff were very friendly which made the stay very pleasant

The manager was not friendly at all, he seemed upset. I was allocated a different chalet to what I had booked on-line, this was changed without notifying me in advance. The two chalets I was allocated to were constantly out of bathing water. the bathtubs and the showers need some revamping.

The location is in an area with breathtaking surroundings and picture perfect. The breakfast was tasty but served too early for someone who is on vacation. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful.

you can hear loads of trucks going to the border. late night cars speed past the boundary fence.

great views of the Komatipoort area and river. saw plenty of animals and tried some fishing. unfortunately no luck , but we will be back for a Tiger.

Nothing much except for the best for those who love to have a good thing happening with that contribution of the house and the money and the place where they are not strict enough to make it for the meeting with them to make sure they are not satisfied with what they are doing and what they need to do to make sure they are not the only ones that are of service plan

The staff was friendly and accomodative and the rooms are clean and neat and worth the value of the house and the money and the place is quite and reminnice to be a good place to stay in the morning and take a look at the club and the place where you can find a good hotel in the area of downtown and nearby restaurants and then you can find a good hotel in the area of the city and the hotel

The breakfast was badly prepared. The bacon was very tough, burnt toast, eggs looked brownish - not sure whether that was the quality of the oil and they were burnt. Not so clean fork & knife, I had to ask for another set. The generator noise was also a big let down but was disappointed that the manager did not offer any apology for the disturbance.

very close by to the entrance/exit of Kruger park. The lodge is situated against the flanks of a hill, the view from the bar down the river is incredible. very nice place, very clean and the owners are super friendly and will give you advice on what to do in the neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend!

Noise levels from outside the establishment are intrusive to a point where I could not sleep. The bed in the room was of poor quality and did not accommodate a taller person. The shower is in need of an upgrade and there is quite a lot of lime scale present in the bath and the shower fittings. Coffee and tee supplies were not replenished every day as promised. Housekeeping staff had neglected to make up the room after our first night but was corrected by management.

The food was excellent and the chef took time to give personal attention to the guests, location and views were stunning. Staff were very friendly and a great atmosphere exists around the bar and pool area. Bedding was of good quality and super clean.

The host Gavin was absolutely amazing! Very lovely and gave us great advice for our trip to mozambique which made border crossing a breeze. The place is absolutely stunning, chalets are spacious, comfy and clean. The place has a generator that kicks in immediately electricity switches off. The chef was lovely and prepared lovely food. Pitty the stay was for a night but will definitely go back. The Lodge is a few minutes from the Limbombo border.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations - we were warmly welcomed and throughout our stay were brilliantly hosted by Gav and Ross. We enjoyed a few excellent evenings in the bar which has the most fantastic view over the river, enjoyed time in the beautiful pool and spent a fantastic day fishing on the bank and on the boat with Ross, who really knows his stuff. The food in the intimate but relaxed restaurant was excellent. The location is great and we could not have asked for more from the experience. Will 100% stay again at this little gem.
