The staff was generally okay but can improve. Also, most of the activities listed are not actually on the property but in the area in general.

Netflix in the room would have made it almost perfect. Couldn't find nice movies to watch on the available DSTV channels.

The aircon or fan wasn’t working. Food was not what expected and tv remote was old with minimal channels

There was a wasp nest in our balcony which was taken care of but obviously one or two got away. But the staff was so helpful in sorting it out.

The room was spacious, the food was good (especially the cake) and the staff was incredibly helpful.

Although the bed was really comfortable & wonderful unfortunately the pillows were not quite comfortable. I struggled with sleeping on the pillows.

Really liked the spacious big room, kids play area & the overall excellent cleanlines of the place.

It's a little close to the N14 which I didn't know, so you can hear the highway quite clearly. It bothered me a little but when I asked my wife, it didn't bother her at all. I got used to it though 😊

The rooms are big and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant is very cosy and the food was good.

As noted before the breakfast was not ready when we went for late breakfast. Had to wait for 20 minutes as there was no eggs. Also there were some ants in the room where the kettle and the fridge was.

Went foir a late breakfast and they were not prepared for it. The family room was very spacious and my wife in the wheelchair had no issue moving around. The batheroom was brilliant. This is the first place where we stayed where my wife could use the toilet and have a decent shower without any issue or restrictions.

The trampoline was broken- it was a reason I chose this spot...BUT honestly there were lots to play with, they had a few rounds on the zipline and enjoyed the sandpit....I honestly have more positives about this place than negatives!!

The staff were friendly and welcoming the entire time. I travelled with two little kids, and they were busy and loud, but the staff definitely included them and made them feel welcome. Loved little feet and the pool- we will definitely visit as a day visitors more often. Guards were welcoming and helpful. The room was neat and tidy. Food was delicious. My kids are planning their next visit.

The restaurant took over an hour to deliver ours and our adjacent tables dinners however they did have a church function (arrived after us) which i assume they may have been at full capacity to deliver their menu though waiter communication on delays would have been appreciated.

The place was very well prepared and organized. First trip in an long time where the baby crib we asked for was already setup and in the room when we got there. Staff are extremely friendly and polite and the manager (presuming he was the manager) was very welcoming.

I was looking for a quiet place to truly relax as we usher in to the new year. However, it was very noisy. It could be because of how close the rooms are to each other. It could also be due to the fact that it was the last week of the year. I don’t know whether to be upset with Riverstone Lodge or with myself for not doing my due diligence and making sure the place I have booked is quiet and peaceful.

Our room was incredibly clean. It also had a balcony where we had a view of the beautiful garden and the river. The staff was also friendly.

There’s no bar fridge in the room for when you need something cold in the middle of the night.

The room was open and big. I loved the bath tub in the middle of the room. The room are next to the pool, easy access to the pool. The staff very friendly, professional and ready to assist. The braai buffet dinner we really enjoyed and breakfast.

Limited menu in restaurant. We had the free breakfast but having the same limited option ever day was a bit boring - same for dinner. - need to fix the spa situation- the massages themselves were great but the rooms are not relaxing- they are hot with windows and no curtains- and you need light sheets not thick towels for massages. Another entrance to the pool would be nice for those staying on the road side and better lounge chairs- the ones there are very worn out

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had a great experience with everyone and our interactions. The rooms were fantastic layout and the tub was very relaxing and romantic. Spa was a great massage
