- Can be a little noisy in the building during the evening on the balconies and in the corridor. - internet a little weak in the rooms.

- Location was very accessible with car. - Access to car garage although there was an additional cost. - Reception team were very helpful and accomodating. - Helpful to keep bags after we checked out and went outside for a while. - Good size of the apartment with ample bathrooms (3.5 bathrooms) - Nice view of residential area from balcony.

Romney is perfectly located for a visit to the best parts of Cape Town. Travel from Romney to outlying areas is easy as it is always against the flow of traffic.

We stayed in the penthouse apartment and it was absolutely stunning. Beautifully furnished, very spacious, fantastic views and a lovely warm fire. The only (minor) disappointment was that the heating element on the roof top jacuzzi wasn’t working but the staff were very helpful in trying to fix it. Lovely breakfast too. We will definitely be going back next year.

Honestly have zero complaints about this place and highly recommend.

The location is excellent, 5 minute drive to Waterfront, shops, restaurants, easy start to Cape Peninsula drive as well. If you want there is a Woolworths close by too, probably a 15 minute walk. The standard of accommodation is excellent, really well designed and comfortable furniture. Decor beautiful, nice balcony, view of sea and Robben Island also good. Kitchen facilities are super, for our family of 6 it worked really well.

The solo aircon in the main area was a bit disappointing, but the weather was nice, so we survived.

The friendly and helpful staff was amazing. The size of the place was similar to a small flat, which is much better than a hotel room. Also the balcony had a nice view and added extra space. The best was the fully stocked minibar. Loved it. We really enjoyed the stay.

Our 2 bedrooms apartment was very comfortable and modern in its design. A well equipped kitchen, spacious bathrooms , nice living room with a balcony. The staff was helpful and breakfasts had a good variety. Felt very secured as well. Good location to get around with Ubers.

Our room was cold and there was a gas heater that did not work. We complained about it but some one came there, fiddled with it and said they would come back. They never did so and we had no heating for the whole period of our stay.

When we arrived it was cold and raining and not knowing where the entrance was we stood outside for some time until someone opened the door.
