Breakfast was good, room was small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was great as kept the noise out. The staff were very nice and helpful. Having the sitting room and books to read and DVD's was a great idea and enjoyed it. The honesty bar was also nice. I really liked the fact that we could be independent without having to be hosted. Thank you.

The road access/entrance to the property is a little bit unusual

The carpet on the stairs needs replacing.

The reception was amazing. Phillip the gentleman who welcomed me expected me. The airconditioner worked. Kept the room warm. It was beautiful. The bathroom is renovated and clean.

I already paid for my stay but Steven rushed me to come Check in while I was trying to get a tow truck he said 10 pm would be to late to check in ,I already paid so why did he rush me ,and maybe put bottled water in the room for the kettle,I did not enjoy the tast of tap water in my coffee

Honesty bar was non-existent. no water in the bedrooms A lot of small maintenance matters which need to be addressed e.g. towel hooks were loose and fell off, light bulbs that were blown Passage door was locked and whilst a locksmith was called on the following day, this passage is actually the fire escape route and therefore should never be locked. Guide in room is outdated.

The pool had lots of leaves in it. We were disappointed to find nowhere close by to have dinner so we finished up having salad in our room each evening.

The breakfast was fine although the service was pretty slow because one person was doing everything. The staff were all very friendly.

I had ordered breakfast the day before for 07:30. I went down for breakfast, no one was around, everything was closed up, couldn't get hold of anyone so I left without breakfast.

Everything is perfect but may need to consider the noise from the traffic in the main road and school next door. No issue in the mountain suite inside - very comfy and quiet

The owner of the house and staff were very nice, friendly, patient and helpful and tried their best to solve the noise issue that I had in my original room which was facing the main road. You can enjoy the breakfast at the time that you want and the breakfast was very delicious and freshly prepared when you’re at the desk - you can have your stomach full and satisfied before you go out. Exceptionally clean room and environment - the staff doing the cleaning attention to every detail
