They were not ready to host, especially Saturday morning as we scheduled for game drive, fuel wasn't enough & we did not have a proper breakfast. As a results our drive had to be cut short due to fuel.

We had to travel about 2km from the main gate before getting to the lodge. It can be scary because of the bush and the type of road. Our AC was not working but it was totally understandable considering a last minute booking (last room). The was no hot water in the morning! Breakfast is served from after 8am so if u prefer eating early or travelling please arrange.

We did a last minute booking and our booking was confirmed. When we arrived the host was very friendly & welcoming. The place is spacious and really beautifully decorated. You will feel like royalty! Good value for money especially considering it included breakfast! I will definitely visit again when I can stay longer to enjoy all the facilities. They have a nice outdoor area with a pool.

The tap to the bathtub was dysfunctional, the toilet did not flush well so we ended up having to pour water directly into the loo to flush every time we used it. It was rainy when we stayed there so the gap at the bottom of the main door gave easy access to a big frog which made my stay uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean and very spacious. The place is hidden away and very beautiful and tranquil. We checked in quite late in the evening and we were accommodated with an exceptionally delicious dinner even though the kitchen was already closed. We had a morning game drive and again Daniel made sure that he organised breakfast packs for us to take with - these were greatly appreciated.

Food was NOT nice at all. I suggest that they hire a proper Chef. It's not nice to travel so far and you get limited to what you can have and worse you are served cold meals We tried to order a snack of chicken 🐔 wings. We didn't get our order

The place is nice and has all the equipment. It needs a little bit of touch in terms of cleaning especially the toilet. Our toilet had a bad smell

There were no cleaning things for the bathtub. The shower in room 8 looked nothing like what was on pictures. It looked rusty, it was very small and had a weird smell.

The views and tranquility. The breakfast was good. One of the staff member's name is Again and he was so patient, friendly and helpful. The host or co-ordinator was very helpful and checked up on us until we arrived.

I'm not sure about the vehicle parking lot if they have a reason for it to be a bit far from the rooms, so it would have been nice to have my vehicle in front of the room.

I believe some improvement could be done in verity on breakfast, nice and quiet area to relax Just to improve on toiletries like shower gels and foam baths.

The booking arrangements. The first rooms we where booked in I dislike them. on Saturday we where moved to beautiful rooms. loved every second.

Normal average breakfast. Well presented though. They must state on their website the from the road to the lodge you with drive a distance of 2 km. Daniel and Again hospitality was the best.

The supper was bad, the food was bland and it did not even meet the standard of restaurant food. There was no menu presented to us we were just told what was prepared for that evening which was decided by the kitchen without considering our preference.

The breakfast was very good and tasty, there was variety. We had our breakfast outside near the pool listening to the sound of birds, it was refreshing and peaceful. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

The property is located in an extremely remote area and the terrain is extremely challenging (better suited for off-road vehicles). It would have been useful for this to be noted in advance
