Aircon not effective enough

We didn’t get an access key to the building. It was difficult to enter and leave. The WiFi doesn’t reach the rooms. Otherwise everything else was amazing. Especially the view. Very clean and peaceful. Felt safe

The washing machine messed up all my brand new clothes, highly upset about that. Someone obviously used some sort of dye in the machine so it discolored all my garments. I complained of it but nothing was done. How will I be compensated for this? If I don't get some sort of compensation I am going to be posting thus on social media

Location is perfect. The area is nice and quiet at night. Love the harbor views

The cleanliness, laundry, dishes, sweeping and there were no dish cloths in the apartment.

I loved everything from the location to the finishings and views as well as the security guards, exceptional people!

The wifi was very weak.

The apartment wasn't cleaned properly, floors weren't pomped well, didn't have a great smell and the stove was dirty. Some dishes weren't there

No Dstv, Netflix options. The balcony was not cleaned for a long time and it reflected badly. For some reason, the apartment has a lot of mosquitoes and the beds were too firm... Ooouch

I had to call the host at the property because no one knew who I booked with, but the security guys was helpful , we eventually got hold of the host.

That they didn’t have a few tea bags or coffee, even though it’s a self catering stay, I believe those are the basic things.

Everything, it’s spacious and open. I like the colour combinations. I like the idea that there is a washing machine. it’s located in a tranquil environment.

I didn't appreciate the fact that I had to request for house keeping twice , the first time, no one came, because they didn't have keys and I was also told that housekeeping is done on request. The lounge did not have a carpet, which made sitting bit cold on our feet. Some of the kitchen utensils are not provided like egg flipper, chopping board, water jug. Lastly the internet connection was down and we couldn't watch TV for a few hours.

The apartment is really stunning and felt like home away from home. The location is exceptional, given that we could walk to the beach and the sea view is really amazing. My kids and I enjoyed our stay.

The place don't have lagage trolley, never met the stuff everything is done telephonically,, apartment not cleaned during your stay unless you ask.

I liked everything about our stay, security was very tight, the apartment was presidential everything about it was wooooow, very quiet place, no hobbos just a few minutes walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our holidays and definitely we will come back

I loved absolutely everything besides the fact that the sheets and pillow cases had stains. Understandable that I booked quite late but preperation of standard at any given time should be the same in this part of society. House cleaning services came once in both days of my stay and that too upon request of the bedding be changed... No dishes, sweeping and update of towels made the stay of my guests and I quite an inconvenience but none the less we thank and hope to see yall soon.

Everything. The pictures dont do it justice. Its so peaceful. Check in was a breeze. And the netflix was a bonus because most places want you to login with your own details. Everything was set up for us.
