The room itself is not as neat as you would normally expect. For instance the TV has been fitted skew against the wall and the cornices are just glued on and not painted. The cupboard doesn't open properly.

Great staff, very accommodating and friendly. The rooms and bedding are spotlessly clean. Safe parking.

Chech breakfast inclusion before arriving.

Warm reception and clean, spotless spotless rooms. Great facility. Leah kept checking to make sure we were ok on our travels in. I will definitely return.

The only concern I have is water flooding the floor when taking a shower, they might want to look at that.

The convenience of being closer to the city center and the rooms were very nice and clean.

The cleanliness of the showers could use some improvement. Parking space is limited. We didn't get to use the pool because of bad weather.

Comfortable beds, fairly spacious rooms, friendly and considerate staff (Thabelo & Herbert). Location not far from Town. And I was happy that each room had its own iron.

RS Gardens is located at a great spot, not far from the main road, the building structure looks very organised. The room we stayed in was very much comfortable.

But upon check in the staffer told us that we won't be allocated the rooms we booked for, because were booked via Booking.com. Which offered reduced prices, and that one of their junior staffer's forgot to mark the specific room we chose as booked. Basically there were double booking, and because we arrived 2 hour later than scheduled checkin. They reallocated our rooms to the other mix up people who cam earlier. The breakfast was amazing, but we were not really given a choice on the menu. Meal were the same for all guest, unless if we maybe missed the breakfast request note. All in all the guest house was amazing

The place was amazing, and the staff went the extra mile. I loved the swimming pull and the Braai area, plus the fact that we hardly see the guests although it is a small establishment. I also enjoyed the room that we were in, although my friend complained about his room being too standard. There was a look of space and it was a step away from the pool. We also got great service from reception with every request and complaint.

My colleague arrived at the Guest House. It was his birthday. He was upgraded plus spoilt rotten with treats , flowers and balloons. Wow, what an amazing Manager who organised everything.

The.not updating availability of rooms. I made a booking and paid online only to find that they are fully booked. I had to go pay somewhere else after that. I may or may not receive my refund. Such an inconvenience.

The room was clean and there was a double bed ,a TV and dstv , they have an aircon , a mini fridge, kettle, a microwave, mugs for coffee, coffee, tea and sugar sachets available. There is a private bathroom in the room. We had an iron and hair dryer in the room. The view from the room is so beautiful. There is a clean swimming pool , a nice chill area next to the swimming pool . There are people who do housekeeping in the room daily. We arrived late around 12am and we still got a very warm welcome. The staff in the premises are very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place.
