Beautiful modern flat with all the necessary amenities. Also very close to two great shopping centre and restaurants/bars. Owners very friendly and my friend and I had a lovely stay!

There is provision for load shedding: inverter for TV, wifi and lamps, plus gas cooking facilities and battery lights. The hosts are very attentive and respond quickly to requests. Shops nearby for groceries and, although the apartment is located on a road, it is very quiet at night for a good sleep.

-the shower's water wasn't always hot, sometimes just like warm

The property was very easy to locate and with in walking distance to the shops. the apartment was clean and excatly what we saw in the pictures. the owners are very helpful and friendly.

All wonderful and suited our needs . Just a note you have to pay a R2000 breakages deposit but it does get refunded promptly .

Spacious living and kitchen area with comfortable furniture and fittings. Welcoming bottle of wine with complimentary rusks and coffee. Kitchen well equipped for self-catering purposes. Emergency automatic lights for load shedding.

I loved the rustic look. The place is safe and comfortable. I loved that it had big windows and enjoyed the afternoon sun. It's very clean and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The steam punk interior design was artistic and playful. The warm, sunny main bedroom was delightful. We enjoyed the lounge view. Walking distance from shops and pharmacy. Safe environment. Comfortable bed.

I found it challenging to do my makeup as the lighting in the bathroom - although sufficient for basic needs - was not bright enough to apply my makeup—the same with the bedroom. I had to remove the mirror from the wall and sit near the window.

The location was perfect, with shops at the end of the streets. Close to the venue, we needed to attend a conference. The decor is stunning, I love all the attention to detail. It has everything you need for self-catering purposes.

There are very sharp stairs that are in total darkness leading up to the apartment. Huge safety risk to come and go in the dark as is usually the case on holiday. Smaller things like 3 toilet rolls for a 5day family stay and no soap to shower meant inconveniences of shopping for toiletries on arrival. There was however shampoo and conditioner. The bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable.

Very neat, clean and lovely looking space that is conveniently located. The owners were very accommodating of a luggage drop off earlier on the day of check in which was much appreciated.

We would really have appreciated air con. It was so hot that we hardly slept for all 3 nights. Its was unbearably uncomfortable. The fans in the rooms dont make a dent for how hot the apartment gets at night in Summer. We have small children and had to keep most windows closed and blinds down over the handles to distract going near (and threaten them not going near ) for fear they would fall straight out of the low slung windows, of which have no anti-fall barriers on this first floor apartment.
