The tiles in the bathroom had brown grime between them and along the edges of the shower. Puts one off as the bathroom should be spotless. Damp had seeped through the bathroom wall which led through the bedroom wall paint flaking and peeling.

The location, scenery and proximity to Kruger Park. Pool was awesome. My daughter had loads of fun. Breakfast was really good.

The service at the pool and golf bar was not great. We had to go find the waiters 99% of the time. Managers checked on us more than waiters. This improved on the weekend. It would be amazing if they added a water slide and live music in the evenings 🥹

Kids programme, music by the pool and upkeep of the resort. Food was also great.

Hotel room was too small, there wasn't enough cloth serviettes, chairs and the dining facilities can be upgraded. The equipment for the entertainment of the kids can also be upgraded.

There's nothing negative to be honest. The only thing I'd say is more variety with the buffet esp on the protein side. Also, maybe consider adding an iron as part of the room items just like the hairdryer.

Loved the place itself, so beautiful and serene. The staff was so friendly and the room was nice too and comfortable. We loved everything and had an amazing experience. Thank you so much, will definitely consider visiting again and recommending to others.

The white managers on duty seemed to have made it deliberate on the restaurant to be more concerned about how the white guests were feeling and not bothered to even once ask in our table if we were ok. It almost looked quite deliberate both during breakfast and super. I thought as a country we have long passed that stage

The fruits could have been more fresher and covered as they seemed to dry out after a while. apart from that this hotel is amazing and its second time around for me.

Breakfast was good, the food in general was very very lovely. The breakfast staff were superstars. They made sure we had every item they were serving. At some point the bacon and pork sausages were finished and they made us fresh ones.

The buffet was a bit expensive and we opted for an a la carte menu. Prices were reasonable but the quality of the food served was not great at all. We ended up going to restaurants 2km down the road each night as the price and quality were better and we could then ensure our kids could eat before 18:00 when dinner is served. I understand hotels make most of their money on food and beverage, and I am happy paying higher prices, but not if the quality of the food is unacceptable.

The location, setting, and general amenities were great. Nice place to relax and sit by the pool, play golf, go for walks, and let the kids roam free. Lots of attractions within an hour's drive and Kruger is a quick 20 minutes away depending on which gate you go to.

The Hotel - the hallway to the bedrooms had a bad damp smell. Food not always apetising and not tasty. Glasses and crockery at the buffet had a bad smell. The crockery ie cups and plates chipped. Linen and towels very old and thin. Service at the Spa was very bad. We stood there for 15 minutes. No one greeted us or came to the front desk to assist us. I also phoned a few times but no one answered the phone.

Location, garden, walkways, golf course, swimming pools all excellent. Every where outside stunning and well maintained. Staff at diningroom were very friendly. Service ok.

There is definitely room for improvement with regards to the buffet, while there are lots of options, everything is quite bland. Also, breakfast only started at 7am which seems quite late considering that the property caters to visitors to Kruger National Park and to golfers. This means that those wanting to enter the park early or tee off early have to miss breakfast.

The property is beautifully maintained, there are a lot of activities and it’s conveniently located very close to Kruger National Park.
