Once off the main road, getting to the hotel could be better than the gravel road that's there.

In the morning the shower had luke warm water which was not a good feeling of having to shower in such water. We had to wait an hour for breakfast and they don't have a good organizational system to serve breakfast seeing that other guests that arrived later than us were served first.

The room with the linen was perfect and clean. They have a back-up system which really assisted during the loadshedding hours. Enjoyed the balcony of my room a lot for fresh morning air. They have a well spacious room and bathroom for maximum comfort. We did not have any challenges when requesting an iron, was received immediately.

I didn't like that there were cockroaches in our room. But I'm sure that some pest control can sort that out.

The accommodation was beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed the gardens and the entertainment facilities. At night, the gardens were stunning with the Christmas lights and decorations. What an amazing and friendly staff! So much better than the reception we received at Wild Coast Sun when we stayed there earlier in the year. I can not forget the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but filling and delicious. Here again, the staff was so attentive and lovely. We even received a lovely gift of assorted chocolates, which were brought up to our room before we could check out. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful stay with the most friendly and attentive staff. And it is not far from the tourist attractions in Port Edward.

Because the rooms are close by and inside a house the noise was troublesome. There were kids making a noise and people speaking very loudly inside very early in the morning. The staff would scream and talk and move things around. Not really a good thing for people who come to have a rest. They definitely need to implement a be quiet policy inside the house for the benefit of their guests as i see it’s a frequent issue based on previous ratings.

The property is beautiful, the facilities are amenities are good as well. They make provision for load shedding through a back up power source which is amazing. But the best part of the place would be the staff, both friendly and incredible. The breakfast was amazing as well.

The rooms are perfectly fine, the Hotel is few meters away from the main road You can even use taxi or bus to visite the Hotel. The wild coast casino it 500 plus Meters away from the Hotel to people who like to gamble it perfect for them.

Breakfast was marvelous, Location good, only the turn ( gravel road) to the hotel that need to be fixed other than that everything met our expectations. It's looks exactly the same as the pictures on internet.
