Not a complaint... but just more of a suggestion :) 9am check out was a rush.. I think the standard check out time should b around 11am.. those with kids would understand.... plus a little more time to enjoy the morning views :)

Location and view was perfect.The place was clean and very well maintained. Exactly as the pics. Nice restaurant down stairs to relax with a drink. Would definitely recommend this place!

It wasn't dirty but definitely not cleaned before our arrival. Wont stay there again, had to pay extra for towels. Payed a R1000 deposit, 16 days later still was not refunded. Sent a message got no response. The next day was refunded R950 without an explanation as to what the R50 was for and I most certainly did not break anything or leave anything dirty. There was noise the entire 2 nights with people partying in the unit next to us, not once did anyone at the establishment ask them to stop.

The sea view was amazing but that's about it.

The entertainment area upstairs needs some work.

Everything was great, The restaurant that is downstairs is a nice touch 👌 no need for cooking.

The entertainment games room and putt putt course needs attention. Though we did understand the gholf is undergoing construction. Would have been great to have a laundery facility.

Perfect views and peacefull area. Within walking distance from the main beach which was a bonus .

When leaving the property you have to get out of the car and press the button to open the gate. The quality of the dish washing liquid.

I like the view, the kitchen, the white linen. I like that the fan had a remote.

To whom it may concern Hi,I trust you are well. My stay at saintsview is with mixed emotions. The place itself was lovely,the staff and reception was of good standard however it was essential services (water) that was the major downfall. I arrived on Monday the 13th of May 2024,on Wednesday morning the 15th of May 2024 there was no water and our early start to the day had to put on hold,water was back on around 12pm we showered and went out  when we got back that evening there was no water  going on the entire night. On Thursday morning still no water we were told that it will be sorted out ,it was around 11am and still no water a 6pack of 300ml bottle water was sent to us,how is that going to help us my wife was on her monthly period and did not shower since the evening before the toilets cudnt flush. There was no other choice but to leave the premises and go back home due entirely to a lack of essential service that should be pre organized knowing people are arriving there on holiday.  I notified the staff that I am forced to leave due to the situation and explained my discomfort of being there of no water in those two days. I was further told that I will be refunded for my stay on Wednesday the 15th due to having no water most of the day and my day being ruined and I left on Thursday morning and was said that I'll be refunded for Thursday the 16th and Friday the 17th of May 2024. I was later told that my money will be paid to me within 14days and that booking.com will take a fee. I would like to know what fee as what was presented on your website was not what I encountered  on my stay. I did not leave on my own accord but purely due to lack of service that could not be upheld by those responsible . I will be expecting a  refund  in full from Wednesday the 15th till Friday the 17th (3 days) as well as my breakage deposit. Kind regards  Shane Govender

Maintenance sleep couch damaged when you sit you go deep in.. lift not working

No communication had to collect key after hours from wolf security office youg white male who attended to me it was as if he is doing me a favour no greetings bad attitude.. secondly as him if he can find our or is aware about saints view resort replied abruptly no idea yet after looking around realise its siutated bottom of wolf security

We did not enjoy the 4hrs loadshedding . They did provide rechargeable light.

The View was breathtaking. The unit was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay. It was convenient, especially for shops. We went to the family restaurant below called Larry's ,we enjoyed the food and the staff were super friendly. Will definitely be back.

Dishes in the cupboard was filthy. It had cheese and coffee stuck on it. The place also mentioned that we have to clean ourselves and if not then it will get deducted from out deposit. How can that even be when we had to clean the filthy dishes from the cupboard. Glasses were sticky and so were plates and mugs. They didn't provide a sponge for washing, bought our own. Not even a mat to wipe shoes before entering the apartment, noting that it was raining heavily that weekend.
