Free wifi was very sketchy. The water in the shower was too hot, I couldn't stay underneath. Towels always seemed damp and did not dry.

Breakfast was good; some days we had to leave before breakfast and we were provided with a takeaway breakfast.

We struggled to connect to the WIfi but eventually connected to another port. We could’ve done with pool towels. The eating area for breakfast is awkward and was too high for a short person like myself so ate in the lounge area.

Beautiful place and well decorated rooms, very clean and spacious. Loved the details. Breakfast was good, they also cater for Halaal and Vegetarian. Not affected by loadshedding. Location near to beach and restaurants.

Wifi dropped a few times. Swimming pool wasn't available. No key for entrance so you rely on buzzer/staff to let you in. Had to wait outside for 10 minutes when we arrived back at 12:10 at night.

Place looks impressive. Cleverly designed but rooms very close together.

It was disappointing that the pool was unavailable that day as they were doing maintenance on it. Maybe they could have told us in advance, also that they don’t particularly cater for people who don’t eat pork during breakfast what we chose had avocado as part of the meal but it was unavailable we asked for beans but they weren’t given so breakfast wasn’t enjoyable for us.

The general aesthetic of the place is great I loved the feel and set up of it. Also loved the open window shower definitely a selling point.

When we got to the facility, we were greeted by friendly staff members. We felt right at home. The guesthouse has a very comfortable and homey vibe to it. It's like your home away from home. The bedrooms are clean, the bathroom was small but spacious, and the shower was absolutely amazing. The breakfast the next morning was lovely as they had a variety of porridges, yogurt, granola, and fruits accompanied by a warm breakfast of your choice. Lovely cup of coffee and beautiful smiles all around of happy customers and staff as you enjoy your breakfast. We had an amazing stay at SALT and would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs an affordable and comfortable break away from home.

In my last day there was a noise coming from the upper room that disturbed my sleep. The noise wasn't nice but I do not want to speculate what the noise was about

I liked the cleanness, the rooms were clean. The breakfast was and the staff was friendly especially the colored talkative guy.

I was dissapointed by the fact that the toilet seat was dirty with some stains on it. Quite dissapointing which made me question if the bathroom was even cleaned before checkin.

The place was absolutely beautiful, the ambiance is everything, exactly as advertised on the pictures. The staff was also amazing, they organized additional requests for a special occasion and made the stay so much more memorable. The place feels like a mini paradise.

Bed was too high for my husband to transfer from his wheelchair to the bed . Rest of the room had enough space in for him too move around

Troy room did not have towels on arrival and a request for two single beds was not adhered to. Both Dave & Troy rooms did not have hot water and even after requesting the problem to be sorted out hot water was on and off.

Rooms and reception area are spacious and stylishly decorated.
