Chalet I stayed in had no wall between the bedroom and toilet. That was very off putting.

The unit was not properly equipped with basic.needs . No chopping board and glasses were short for the amt of people. The tv was small. The dining room chairs were hard to sit on and no cushions. The 2nd room sliding door didn't close. There was no key either to open the bedroom outer doors.the 3rd bedroom one cupboard was locked so there wasn't enough space to hang clothes The bathrooms could do with an upgrade they are quite old . We had parking issues the 1st day. The leisure desk also couldn't resolve a problem Seems there's very poor management. Pity as we have been to the resort before and never had any issues.

We loved the view from our unit overlooking the golf course and the buck passing by. Being on the ground floor was great as the kids could run around playing soccer outside. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was clean.

I have couples issues. First being the security staff at the front gate are alittld unfreindly. The key i received did not have tag and I was informed that i should go through but the security didn't want to allow us to go through immediately. This is not our problem if i was not provided a tag on getgo. Second the rooms had alot of lizards and bugs and it had a musty smell, please can the owner prioritize the pest control before anyone stays on the premises.

The villa needs attention. The bathrooms definitely need to be refurbished and are not wheelchair friendly. Pictures of the kitchen posted on the site are not accurate. Kitchen is nothing like the pictures.

The facilities at the resort are exceptional. Beaches were clean and safe.

The bottom bedroom and bathroom flooded. The lights out on the deck did not work at all...bulbs needed replacing. The air conditioner in the bottom bedroom did not work at all. The showers in all the bathrooms leaked all over the floor.

Loved the resort and the facilties. The villa was in desperate need of maintenance, and the kitchen utensils were poor.

We were very dissipointed with the property that we rented we did not have enough plates for all the people in the Villa, the furnishing was sub standards and not cosy the chairs outside was broken and the Kitchen draws was broken. I feel the price we paid did not have the value for money it was a basic appartment with low budget furnishing it had no decorations on the walls no carpets no blankets. Tiny Microwave. We had to accomodate a baby and the place just smelled mouldy. Bathrooms are old and outdated, no waste baskets in rooms or bathrooms. We messaged the owner and advised her on all the mistakes but she kept on referring to a company that will assist to correct the issue, nothing was done till the day we left. We had to buy our own plastic plates. Remotes for aricons was missing or had no batteries.

San Lameer is a great resort we visit often - the Resort it self is excellent

There was no water/ alternate water supplied at the accommodation for the duration of our stay. This resulted in us making many trips to the Margate Spar for our own. There wasn't any bin cleanup, which then allowed the monkeys to run crazy with the contents of the bin, which, unfortunately, was at the entrance to our accommodation (see pic). There were insufficient drinking glasses. No knife sharpener or chopping board, which extended our food preparation time.

The ocean was amazing.

There was no electricity for 2 days and then there was no water due to maintenance on a pipe ...with 3 kids I had no choice but to leave on 20:12:2022. I killed a few large cockroaches in the kitchen. The place is old and dated. The whole place needs a revamp especially the shower etc which leaks all over the floor when showering.

The beach was lovely.

My booking was messed up, put me in RM 3108, then after I had unpacked, had lunch, the office calls to tell me, they need to swop rooms to the one next door, we had to move, in the hurry to get out, we left some things behind, I didn't even tell San Lameer about it, cos I'm basically gatvol with them, as we were leaving the room, the cleaning staff came by and asked if we made a mess in there, I'm a clean freak so NO, was my reply, I did not receive a room number from booking .com on my confirmation, so that created confusion, the "homeowner" did not contract for us to have fresh towels everyday, so I had to request so we had one towel change other than the clean towels that were there on arrival, the laundry staff literally told me, my ladies are gone home, we can't help you, even when I offered to pay for fresh towels, and more and more... I was very polite, only because I didn't want to further ruin the experience for my family, I learned to book directly with the establishment and that is the first and last visit to San Lameer.

The outside was well maintained, the security was quite vigilant, the room was easy to find.
