The bedrooms do not have curtains, they only have a screen which does not have block out and allows all the outside light to come in. The unit has no air conditioner. this is unacceptable in this day and age.

The fact the rooms are serviced at a fee 😢. Lack of AC and less ventilation in the room. Adding cutlery and kitchenware would be ideal to accommodate additional guests

The security at the property, their friendliness and willingness to help when needed. I also liked the fact there is a posh restaurant that brings fun inhouse results in UBER cost saving to travel elsewhere just for fun but fun comes to you at this property. The room is spacey

That we were not warned about the lack of a back up generator and when power went out we couldn’t do any work as envisaged . That the question regarding low pressure in the showers was not answered by the host . The bedside table in the one room was cracked and one lamp was exposed without the lamp shade. The handshower in the room with the bath tub was leaking causing a puddle on the floor. The owners need to fix the hanging internet cables. The washing machine and dryer cupboard doesn’t close because the two don’t fit . There’s need for the apartment to have the possibility of exiting from the inside without a key …if one person leaves the apartment with the one key provided , because they need it to access the floor , anyone remaining without their own key is exposed to potential risk in the event of fire or need to vacate the room. So either provide more than one access key or change the inside lock type

The furnishings and decor was impeccable. Everything was stylish and well appointed. Location was great. Really central. The size of the unit and the layout is ideal for a family.

Just that there seemed to be any air conditioning and there was no DSTV subscription so we just resorted to watching YouTube on the smart TV.

The apartment had everything I look for when I am deciding which booking to make. I enjoy staying in places that are luxurious and this apartment met and surpassed my expectations. I really liked the choice of furniture and all the kitchen gadgets. I am also impressed by how secure the whole building is, the access control is state of the art.

The DSTV wasn't working, no handsoap in the main bedroom's ensuite, no sugar/creamer, and only 1 teabag for a family of 4. We stayed for 1 night only, so waking up in the morning with nothing to drink but a fizzy drink we bought the previous day, and no response from the host, was a bit disappointing.

Good location, beautiful apartment, lovely restaurant downstairs, comfortable bed, beautiful and modern finishes.

1. Dirty pillows 2. No complete cutlery sets (no teaspoons) 3. No cups or mugs for coffee or tea 4. No 2-point plugs for any of the bedside lamps or chargers for phones. 5. Confusing check-in… took 30-45 min to resolve 6. Host never responded after being notified of unhappiness 7. Confusing check-out, I was bounced between sec and apartment Managment company for 20 min. 8. Obvious and prominent escort workers in and out of the building, not stopped by security.

Cleaning services is not included in the rate. We requested it and there was not positive feedback. The room was not clean for the 3 nights we stayed. There was only one towel for bath. We were a family of four. We notified the fact and the agency didn’t do nothing about it. There was any soap for bath. This was really upsetting. We also faced few hours of load shedding during our stay. Nobody advised us about that.

The apartment is well located. In Sandton, near from Mandela Square. Internet with high quality.
