Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaDinner and drinks - very pricy and if you are late, you miss out on the nicer dishes. Breakfast - same, same, same every time. No nice coffee maker for latte or something different. Only vegetable toppings available for omelettes. No control over games "availability" - people book it out for days without returning. Rather take your own (we forgot ours on this trip)

South AfricaThe staff needs to a serious customer service training. The food is offering was disappointing, they don’t cater for non meat eaters and the buffet was a joke, with a set limited menus, again only for those who eat meat. The reception was also not helpful at all, we wanted to go hike but could cause the one guide they have was injured. Booked a spa only to be told a day before that a therapist had an emergency and they had no one else to stand in for her. Description of the place says there’s an indoor heated pool but that’s not true, the pool is indoor but not heated, the lady at reception gave us a lame excuse about the weather being the cause for the pool to be cold… Also the parking there needs some work, they need to rethink allocating a packing bag to a unit. We had to park far from our room cause bays close by we’re fully occupied, it just format work. The heater in our room barely got warm and was so noisy we had not option but to switch it off whenever we were inside.
Loved the facilities, great place to entertain kids and get active.

South AfricaThe bath in our room I.e. 214 is just ridiculous To access the shower one has to climb onto a 400mm block over the edge of the bath and across to the shower. Anyone who is not 100% fit and agile is at risk of severe injury. This really does need immediate attention.

South AfricaIn the rooms I suggest at least a mini bar fridge and a microwave especially. The shower area in the bathroom need to be upgraded as the tub and shower combination is not effective as water spills all over the floor.
It was my first visit at the resort. It was an amazing holiday. I enjoyed the experience and it was the first time I experienced snow while on holiday in the Drakensberg. From the time we checked in the reception and staff were friendly and always helpful.

United Arab EmiratesI booked 3 months in advance and contacted the hotel directly to ensure the family booking of 7 rooms were together. 2 rooms were allocated in the hotel which was noisy with constant alarms going off and a premium rate whereas the location for the rest of the family was lovely which is more modern and where we requested our rooms to be.

South AfricaThat there's no YouTube and Netflix or Showmax we're 2023 not everyone is into dstv coz they repeat old stuff Since there's wifi then the hotel should get smart box and convert the tv to smart tv. Please I'm planning to go to Capetown in December however i don't plan on getting bored my sitting in my room and all i can watch is dstv and the lowest plan even worse... Was so annoyed by that
