Unfortunately, there is currently construction on a new large development close by and you need to get used to a bit of drilling and hammering etc. However, it is not unbearable and not too loud.

A lovely clean and spacious flat with a fantastic view of the ocean. The flat was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. A short drive to shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend.

The fact that you have to travel far for restaurants because the place does not have restaurants nearby.

The house was in a perfect condition. I liked the sea view, it was refreshing sitting on the balcony and listening to the sounds of the ocean and birds singing.

Due to a new building being erected there was a lot of additional sounds, and this also affected the internet connection for TV and work during the stay. The parking spot is also close to the Neighbours parking so a lot of care should be taken getting in and out.

The access to the location was great. The apartment layout and facilities were on point. A very cosy apartment with great views from the balcony early mornings and evenings drinking a coffe watching the whales, boats and fishermen during these times

The parkings are a little bit smaller than average but we managed to get in our designated spot just fine. It looks like there were some construction going on at a different property close by but it was more than bearable.

The unit we stayed in was really clean, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for self catering during our stay. We had a very nice view of the beach/ocean and being greeted with the sound of waves all throughout the stay was very nice.

The check out/ eviction. The instructions the hostess sent me said check out was before *10am* (as is the case in most places GLOBALLY). But upon arrival I saw a 9am for 9h30 behind the door- which I dismissed since I was sent instructions that said before 10am as is standard practice. The owner's response after I informed her about the eviction was that the 9am check out time was on the booking forms- my interpretation/conclusion was that I should have disregarded the instructions she sent me with 10am. well, my assistant booked for me so how was I to know that? Also how was I to reconcile the 9am behind the door and 10am on the paper she sent me? The WORST part was when the cleaner instructed me (while taking off her shoes and walking in) that she HAD to come inside while I was inside. It felt like an invasion of my privacy and an eviction at once. I'm not sure which was worst, the eviction or the invasion of privacy. Hated that part soo much. It was not a late check out, it was before 10am and as I had planned, I was out of there by 9h50.

I liked the apartment, lovely views, responsive hostess and close to the airport.

The was nothing I didn't like

The place was amazing. What an incredible environment. The people around was friendly. I really enjoyed my stay. The pool was awesome so clean. I will like to go back for another stay.
