there was no detergents to clean, no broom nor did they have a mop, when we went to fetch the keys, the instruction was to collect at wolf security if it is after 4PM, because it was after 4PM we to Wolf Sec and it was not there , so we called Dominque who made contact with us regarding the deposit and who i though was so unfriendly and cold,I explained her the situation and asked her to please check and call back, she didnt call back.The instruction also said if it is before 4pm keys is at Just Propertys, so we decide to go and check, went to Just Propertys , and the keys was not there as well,at this is stage we thought we might have been scammed, because we didnt get a call back from the Dominque. We went back to Wolf and the keys was there, that was a relief. so i think the service or the adminstration was terrible.

*There was no hot water and our access card was always inserted for power by the door. *We had to take cold shower all the time and I hate bathing in cold water. *Door to balcony is stacking you have to be patient when opening and closing

*Place is secured , neat and beautiful. *Lift is working even during load shading. *Appliances are working fridge , stove , microwave and TV *Beds were wonderful we slept like babies .

No daily cleaning in the unit ..so we always had to clean ..and wash up ..etc..also very little diswashing liquid ...no service to unit once u were in ..wet bathrooms ..and bins were full ..no extra bin packets..No lights for load shedding .

I loved the amenities the complex had to offer ..very clean complex with lovely pool .

Shortage of dishware in the kitchen, no cleaning material like swabs, sponge, dishwashing liquid, etc, yet they expect us to leave the kitchen clean😒. There is no iron and ironing board. They charge R1000 refundable damage fee yet on arrival no one come to check with you if all is in order at venue when you check in.

The power did not come back on after loadshedding and we had Loadshedding 3 times a day added to that was the power tripping repeatedly leaving us very frustrated. We had to switch off the geyser because of the tripping so ended up with cold baths. Some facilities were not available as advertised like pool table table tennis etc because of a function cooking in that area. Security did not control the noise. We had little rest as the entire resort was noisy. The sliding door on this unit kept jumping off n we eventually got scared to use it just in case it breaks. Nightmare weekend had to come back home to relax

The unit was clean. The after hours help from the holiday booking company was excellent

Better direction needs to be given on where to pick up the keys, a closer location woyld be ideal. The shower was not great it was like a sprinkler. I kept banging my legs on the wood bed post and the lounge couch.

Location was great and the property had things you could do for entertainment. Great braai area.

We were told to check out before 09.00 and drop the keys before 09.00 🙄🙄 we woke up early in the morning because we were supposed to clean.. We didn't even get a time to do breakfast 🙄🙄🙄... And they collected the keyz after 2dayz
