The balcony was not clean... there was vomit on the floor and glass. So that was just a no-go area for us.

20h00 curfew for guests. Guests having to pay to enter. No bathroom floormats. Who carries a bathroom floormat on holiday?!!! There was a leak in the ceiling on our last night resulting in us sleeping in the lounge. This was reported to the letting agents as well as to the maintenance staff. No compensation was offered by the letting agents.

As much as it was a self catering facility I was not happy with not funding the bath towels and it was not communicated and the tissues for tgs bathroom where limmited 1 tissue in each bathroom for two nights was not enough. Otherwise everything was jus as perfect 👌 and the payment of the extra car was a suprise on arrival ai

The road we had to take to collect the keys were a nightmare but it only got worse, because of the heavy rains and the damage to the roads - none of which were the fault of the Letting Agency. Fortunately, because of the floods, the ladies at the Letting Agency let us leave the keys with Santana security, so we didnt have to battle through the terrible roads to return them. I didnt like having to take my own cleaning materials and would have appreciated a porter to help with our bags on arrival at Santana. The microwave was a very small one, but didnt really bother us too much as we ate out most of the time.

Someone to change the bedding, towels and clean the toilets atleast every 3 days. The staff at the complex were not very friendly, wasn't very easy to get washing machine tokens or hire equipment for other activities (putt putt, pool table, etc.) As there's no swiping for those. The entertainment room and unit could be maintained better. Windows in the unit did not open properly and the shower head was not great.

The heated pool saved the holiday for us since the weather was not good to swim in the sea. We loved the direct and private access to the beach.

The sofas need to be upgraded. Not comfortable to sit on.

We loved the location. Right on the beach with private access to Margate beach. All the rooms had a beach view. The unit was clean and spacious. The facilities for kids were great. The heated pool on a cloudy day is perfect. A well kept and maintained resort. Will definitely return.

Thw drainage is a problem. As well as the hot water. It was terrible to have a shower. That was the one downfall about our trip.

The tap water in the margate vicinity isn't suitable for drinking and we all had to find that out the hard way. Perhaps there should be better communication to inform/warn guests of such an issue as almost every other family I'd met had also been affected by the tummy bug. It's a problem from the municipality though,not the hotel

Great location with direct access to the beach. Stunning views from the 9th floor. The staff at Santana were friendly and helpful when needed. The apartment itself had everything you'd need as a home away from home I would definitely recommend santana 905 and will most certainly be back in the near future

The lifts did not work and we stayed on the 9th floor. My room said that it comes with a private pool it did not. The heated swimming pool was cold. You have to pay extra for someone to come and clean your room .

The location it is near everything. The play room was nice. The unit was nice.

Check in was fine, although felt a bit harrased by the agents at just property, they called to confirm how many people we had at our apartment, then sent someone to come make sure and check which didn't feel right as I read, signed and understood the T & 'c before signed, I have always booked through booking. Com ND never had issues like this
