You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

South AfricaThe fridge was dirty. Handy Andy can work wonders for the kitchen area. The fridge had dark spots inside from previous guests. The plates were dirty. The shower had soap scums on the wall - handy Andy people can assist. The ceiling is extremely dirty. Do something please. Buzzer at the gate nit working, security came after a long time, a bit tipsy and smells like a bar itself. Not well conversant in English and the booking was made on Booking.com which uses English.
Convenience of getting there. Straight forward, except for the navigation that's not accurate. No cockroaches. Comfortable bed with electric blanket. Quiet at night. Working appliances. Enough space to charge more than 4 gadgets all at once

South AfricaNothing much except that they don't sell food inside the house. It can be tiring sometimes to go to the town to buy food there but it was gonna be more convenient if they were selling food in the place aswell.
I like the tranquility, the place: scenery bread and breakfast is situated in. The very warmth welcome we've recieved from the staff. And the place is also friendly to the kids.l really enjoyed my stay.

Or inform the guests when they arrive that in your booking there's no breakfast and give us an option to pay prior and not be rude in the morning when you are looking for your breakfast
There was no breakfast, I was told I should have paid seperately, I showed them how I booked on booking.com and that nowhere does it state pay for seperate breakfast or breakfast optional, I booked this because it was a bnb and on the booking in all 3 steps nothing say breakfast optional pay for it seperately. The stuff member Nande was rude, extremely rude as if their bnb was not at fault. they told me that the fault is with Booking.com.
