Bathroom facilities needs attention, too much clutter in yard that could potentially damage cars as the space is tight.

the fact that we had to pay for our stuff to be ironed in a Del catering facility. And the fact that the workers dont have a clue about that they first have to communicate with the owner who had to give approval for out stuff to be ironed which made us 45 minutes late for our appointment

The pool was murky and not well maintained. This resulted in us not using it during our stay. The wifi signal was really poor. My family and I had no signal at the apartment, and stores or restaurants were not in close proximity. It is a 15 min drive and not recommended to drive after dark as there are no lights on the path that leads to the stores and restaurants in the CBD.

The space at Marine48 was good for our family of 3 and provided good accommodation for the 2 nights we spent. The active DSTV and appliance available ensured an ease in the self-catering use. Beautiful views as you exit the premises with the ocean, just in sight.

Toilet roll that kept falling out just needs to be fixed. Water was not always warm enough. Not sure is that room size were accurate.

The smell of the sea was awesome. I always forget kitchen soap and cloth and it was provided. Place was clean.

Iron,heater or electric blanket should've been in the property because it is winter and very cold at night. These are necessities and are standard in most accommodations. There's a smell in the room.

The water coming out of the shower. It’s too little, literally felt very cold. Also there was no salt or black pepper. And we were given 4 snatchers of sugar, and coffee snatchers for 3 people💀but overall everything else was perfect.

Privacy of the pool, it was on my doorstep and the neighbours were making a noise up until 4 in the morning, with no success with them Terry came out and sort the matter, thumbs up Terry....You did an amazing job, cleanliness, support and always available to assist 24 hours.

The pool was not clean. On arrival the room we had booked was given to someone else. We were then put in a very small room. The host kindly moved us to a bigger room a few days later due to issues with beeping alarms in the middle of the night. There are alot of signs around telling you what not to do and due to the volume of these signs, it takes away from the general look and feel of the apartments.

The views of the sea and sunsets were incredible. We got upgraded to the ocean view room for our last few days and this room and the views were very good. The staff were very helpful.

Self catering, but not allowed to use the stove to cook. Too many rules, I'm an adult, not a child. Ceiling fan remote did not work.Check out time much to early and no guidelines on what to do with the keys on departure.

Beds were comfortable, facility was safe.Issues encountered were rectified almost immediately.
