The long gravel road leading to the area. One needs a 4×4 truck.

We had beautiful game drives and quad biking. The staff is very helpful and willing to assist with everything. The host is very welcoming. The staff arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me and even baked a cake. There was also a surprise romantic dinner set up in our room. All those were upon my partner's request. All I can say is everyone in that place is willing to make your stay as beautiful as you would like it to be. The food is amazing. The rooms have welcome healthy snacks. There's room service as well. This place is amazing.

It was a delightful place to stay. Naomi, Moses, and the rest of the team were incredibly kind and professional, ensuring our stay was comfortable. The food they served was exceptional, adding to the overall experience. We would definitely return.

The Lodge was wonderful! Nolene and other staff went out of their way to keep guests happy. Food was lovely and accomodation very comfortable. The Lion Foundation is exceptionally interesting with their conservation and well worth going to watch the feed in the mornings. Moses is a very knowledgeable game ranger who does the sunset game drives and Leroy is great with the quads. Will recommend the lodge any time!

What a lovely stay! From quad biking to a game drive to the lion sanctuary - we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Had a bonfire each night and got to know some new people from the Netherlands. Highly recommend!

Where you can't bring your own wine. I wanted to drink in my room slowly because I had time. There is a bar, but it would have been nice to be able to drink in the room.

This is a facility where you can enjoy star gazing, bonfires, bush walks and game drives in a relaxing, quiet environment with no TV. The braai for dinner was very good and the breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Food. They said it's a buffer but with one meat meaning you don't have the choice to choose on what to eat . Oh no.... 1 salad ?? 1 veg oh noooo..

The breakfasts were delicious but ideally there should be the choice of 2 main dishes for dinner. Food was tasty though.

A beautiful lodge. Comfortable,clean accommodation. Friendly obliging staff and fascinating game drive, lion feeding drive and visit to the rescue centre. Wonderful bird life. Nolien, Solly, Moses and Abby are consummate professionals.

Should rather travel with an SUV or small truck as the condition of the national road to the lodge (around 13km) is not great.

The roads to the facilities are very poor especially from the direction we were coming from. Some heads up about the best way to travel with a normal car (non4x4) would have been appreciated

It’s so intimate , rooms are amazing I asked for extra service for an event , it was done beyond my imagination. The staff super amazing, the food, delicious, the activities so plenty. U won’t get bored at all. And a lot of on the house offers!!!!
