Whales visable from the house, fantastic views. house is very complete and worth a stay of a few days. great hikes possible in the neighbourhood. safe location.

The only thing was that not all the rooms had views but nothing bad to say about them. Everything was comfortable, clean and beautiful.

Could see the water from the apartment and in whale season that made this stay a highlight of our trip! So many whales and their calves in the bay - so beautiful!

outstanding location. Arrived late afternoon to see whales breaching in the ocean just beyond the veranda. Apartment was spacious, attractively furnished and very well equipped. Our teenage kids described it as 'luxurious' which is fair. Our bed were sumptuous. Fred, the host, was both communicative and generous. The photo we have shared is the view from the veranda - coincidentally there's actually a whale somewhere in that photo :-)

The view from the room is absolutely amazing. You can see the whales from the room. The location is peaceful conveniently located. Fred was a great host and always willing to assist. It was a great stay.

Actually everything! The view is spectacular. We saw whales from the porch every single day. The beds were comfortable, the place is quiet.

Only the 1 door that open to the the view could not be opened, not a problem, but host need to be aware of it.

The location and instructions to access property was easy. Coffee/tea/milk and sugar was available on arrival. View is beautiful.

The glass doors to the patio were sparkling clean and clear. I would suggest a marking or something to avoid walking into it when closed. Particularly a small child running out. Didn't happen to us but it could be a concern.

Foul smell coming from main bedroom. When booking this place, I had seen similar reviews about this but thought the owners would’ve dealt with it. Disappointingly not. Noise coming from other neighbours and the place is self managed with no complex security so there was no place to report for some peace of mind which we had travelled for. The place is in the middle of nowhere, we hoped for some family restaurants or amenities nearby but there were none! We had to drive a long distance to find a decent restaurant for my wife’s birthday dinner.

The place was spacious and beautifully decorated. Ocean views from main bedroom and patio are glorious.

The shutters to the seafaing rview need repair. We were not able to open them fully and so did not have an unrestricted view of the sea.

The flat had a bad smell. Like someone smoked in there before we got in.

The view was great except the security blinds ( metal locking) were broken so therefore did not open all the way. which obscured the view. The room was hot, and only a duvet cover ( no sheet) on the bed so we decided to sleep with the door open. No screens so the mosquitoes woke us up. the fan didn’t work and the electricity was out half the night. all on top of a bed way too soft. 😢 This did not meet expectations.
