Neat, clean apartment in a secure complex near to the beach and shops. Great host who responded promptly to any questions asked. Reserved undercover parking was a bonus. We have already recommended it to family and friends.

I appreciated the Security, also the location of the flat. The interior decor was good but can be improved. The white couches and bed linen is what worries me. I recommend for a change to stain resistant fabric on the couches. (Denim) The bed linen should be regular duvet with a soft light grey duvet cover and pillow cases. Airconditioning is needed Towels must be excluded. Further more a deposit should be paid to pay for any damages. At most R750 cash deposit. Refundable on check out. Our stay was wonderful. DSTV did not work at all and you are not allowed to use the wifi to stream anything, so was tricky keeping the kids busy after dinner.

Had a great time, only thing that I did not like was that the dstv was put off on the Sunday and we left the Monday only, so the kids could not watch any TV.

The pillows were lumpy and the lumps were scrunched up together. Wardrobe in main bedroom smelly. Other bedroom 's wardrobe filled with cleaning equipment No soap whatsoever and no toilet roll. Balcony unkempt (rusty chairs) All in all it was run down

The apartment itself needs minor maintenence work and repairs, which would make what was a comfortable stay, exceptional. It needs to be fumigated.

The facilities - clubhouse, pool, squash, tennis courts, and the access to the beach, was lovely. The apartment itself was comfortable, but it needs some maintenence/repair of snags.

I did not like the fact that I wasn't made aware that I was going to pay such a big deposit beforehand ( I got the money back but what if I had booked and never had the money to pay it) I also did not like the fact that the housekeeper wasn't wearing a mask and her odor made the place smell badly when we arrived.

The location was breathtaking. I loved the fact that we were so close to the pool and private entrance to the beach. The views were stunning and the sound of the ocean at night was the cherry on top.

The was no list for things that were broken that we needed to be aware of. The property had a bad smell when we arrived especially the main bedroom

When we arrived to check in, the housekeeper were still cleaning the place, floor was wet, smelled like cigarettes smoking in the bathroom, there was multiple lights like the outdoor light that does not work at all. They have put the dstv off the Sunday morning before checked out time.

The beach is close by from where we stayed. The pool and relax area were nice.

Very fishy business my deposit wasn’t fully returned I was told next day I chipped 2 plates and charged r200 per plate x2

The fact that we had to wait outside because Jessica wanted the breakage fee we were suppose to pay when we get there and there was no host whatsoever we had to keep on asking security to call her so we can get the keys after paying. The Sunday when we checked out there was no communication of when are getting the refund as we didn’t break anything but still Jessica didn’t communicate we had to keep on calling so we know when are getting the money before leaving. Few days after had to keep on asking her for my R1250 refund for breakage fee and she deposited R400 when I asked her she said she paid for WIFi we used. That money was for breakage not WiFi in her email the WiFi was free I don’t understand why she could pay her WiFi with my money. Till this day she hasn’t paid me back my money and she’s rude .

Apartment is very damp and the closets, and all I put in them, smelled musty. Dishes weren’t very clean, needed to wash all I used which was only glasses and mugs pretty much. Cigarette butts in outside planter. Shower curtain is mouldy and rod rusted. Apartment could use a good clean!! Front door was not lockable so thankfully has a metal gate. The owner couldn’t put through my credit card details so I had to EFT the cash from my account.

Internet works well. Good location. Safe compound. Paid back deposit promptly.
