The unit wasn't cleaned properly before we arrived. There was trouble with accessing the pool. There was missing crockery and broken/ non-working items.

We loved the view. When the pool was available it was enjoyable. Proximity to beach, parkrun and Splash Water world was great.

Everything.. Location is perfect with a beautiful SeaView. Rooms were clean and the bathrooms showers were handicapped friendly, something I hadn't expected and experienced in a long time. We're definitely going to book it again next year.

parking is a nightmare. Parking area/bays is not wheelchair friendly with regard to space. Also the turns is sharp and narrow, we ended up parking outside in the open

Seaview was exceptional, the host was very accommodating, understanding and went out of his way to meet our requests even though they made no business to him. Staff was also very helpful and friendly.

The airfryer was moldy so was afraid to use anything other utensils in the room. There was also a bad smell downstairs as your walked out to go towards the pool as the drain was jammed.

I paid the deposit and was told I will be sent an email on how to enter the property. When I got there the security requested a code to open the safe which I was not aware of because I did not receive any email with check in procedure. I had to phone the gentleman from a previous email that was sent via booking.com and he called out the code for me to punch in. When I wanted to return the keys when I was checking out I tried for almost an hour to get in touch with the host and could not because I did not have the code to put the keys back in the locker.

The place is clean . Perfect location I like sea view and inside pool It's super safe The apartment is spacious with a nice kitchen. It is furnitured with everything a family needs. Free wife and dstv play all channel

What i didnt like and would like you to do better on is, 1 there was only 2 not full but half tissues fo us,mind you we stayed for 3 nights n 4 days with just 2 hald tissues and we were ladies,we had to go buy them. 2. The towel were smelly and you just gave us 2 only for the whole stay. Likely for us we bought our own. 3. There wa no signal on your tv, the entire time.

Our stays at Stella Maris is always the best, this unit was no exception. Everything was exactly as advertised. We were really impressed. One of the bathrooms are also designed for someone in a wheelchair /disabled.

Apartment lacks cleanliness as a result there were cockroaches especially in the dining and kitchen area,vouchers are terrible to sleep on, apartment really need upgrade.

Uncleanness, the house is too dusty. I couldn't use a bath it was not washed. I opted to use shower the whole 5 days and my family. Consider using thick bleach to ensure cleanliness of the house and supervise ur cleaners. I believe they come as guest are suppose to come hence they can't make it in few hours. .

The building has everything that a person can look for, however the apartment 102 need more cleaning. I had to moop the floor myself first day when I arrive. Mattress need to be upgraded, sofa couch to be fixed and lift up the springs to make them a bit comfortable. kitchen carboard smelling bad.However if the mentioned problems can be resolve, 102 can be the beat
