The problem starts when you are allocated on the first floor the steps were too much a special when you are carrying laggages but the comfort and cleanliness of your apartment covers everything the smell in the apartment is nice

Some rowdy residents that were consuming alcohol excessively and did not respect other vacationers.

Steps for my mother who is disabled according to the rules I couldn’t swap with the wheelchair friendly

The facilities swimming pool, the play area for children cleanliness, the service the braai areas the beach is a walking distance…I really loved it

Not friendly for elderly people. You should provide a wheelchair or two. Very uncomfortable to walk from elderly people. Also not safe for little kids.

The tv was a bit small and the volume set to very low. So if I’m cooking I can hardly hear the tv and the wifi signal was not that great.

It is very family oriented and has fun activities that children will enjoy.

Nothing mostly except that we felt like was a big fat from the stores it’s a real drive, we used Southcoast mall and in which was far Feels like management take very long to see messages on WhatsApp or email I’m afraid if this continues js in case someone needs an urgent attention. And also we forgot few items and few minutes we returned to collect after check out and there were not there and management defended staff that if we locked there is no way their staff could’ve done it coz their staff is off on Sunday which contradicts security that someone who were in the rooms and also were sure we left those items

Very clean, smelling nice Furniture in good condition We liked how the rooms were situated next to each other if felt like we were almost in the same house which at the same time gave us privacy, it was absolutely well situated especially room 37 and 38, and was nice that parents were at room 39 which was a bit apart from those two apartments but at the same time still close to us. We like this a lot Kidz enjoyed the facilities just the weather disappointed couldn’t go around to see all the facilities but the property was very accommodative of the family set up and kidz friendly I liked a lot that we were Not micro monitored, we had full time to ourselves without staff and security always coming in to interrupt Maintenance staff was quick to come check if everything was in order Staff was friendly

The Neverending stairs stars stairs ooooh the stairs. Free gym this. The shop at the complex do not stock daily items. You need to drive to a supermarket 10 to 15min, then have to endure the never-ending steps again.

Felt very very safe at the complex. Very close to the beach, in fact, private access to it which is a bonus. Life gaurds were hands on. View at the place was spectacular. If you want to relax and get away from the concrete jungle, this place I recommend without a doubt.

Our room was quiet far and moving around with kids, luggage and groceries wasn’t pleasant but with a group that big we were ok in the end.

We traveled as a group of 3 families with kids (12 people in total)

Tap on the shower( cold water) in one of the units was faulty but I raised that and it was to be checked out
