The Bathroom facilities was not clean, there was dirt and mould build up which made it not pleasant.

The room over all was good(except the bathroom cleanliness) , the restaurant and facilities were amazing, great food and entertainment.

The staff at the Seasons restaurant were slow and not very knowledgeable... food there was not nice. Buffet breakfast is a rinse and repeats the same items every day. The room where we stayed lacked some maintenance. Also, small things matter like water in the bar fridge, which there isn't. Clear signage of unit number, we spent a good half an hour looking for our room during the evening when we arrived due to poor illuminated signs.

The staff at the reception and spa were great. The spa facilities were wonderful. Would really recommend doing some spa treatments. The restaurant outside just past the entrance, La Terrazzo, was amazing. The food was lovely. Swimming pools, slides, and padel areas were very nice and a great place for kids to play.

Need to work more on the restaurant and the staff. The food was not nice. The waiters didn't know what's on the menu to even sell to us what are the best dishes. We wanted to celebrate the graduation dinner at the restaurant but due to the bad service we received when we got there for lunch decided to book somewhere else.

I loved the Villa we booked. The spa is also something to come back for🔥

The single beds were uncomfortable for adults. Poor housekeeping as we found things on the floor & behind furniture belonging to (presumably) previous occupants. The convenient store was inadequately stocked for basic items and snacks (like ice cream). The bar was not well staffed, turnaround time for drink orders was too long and staff was doing their best.

The chalet I was in needs TLC. The kitchen sink tap looks like it's going to fall apart and really old. The bedroom doors are making the creeking sounds when opening or closing this can be fixed with Q20 spray if they were paying attention to the finer detail. There was no phone signal In this Chalet I had to call the reception more than 6 times and we couldn't hear each other when I wanted someone to come and have a look at the Telly which suddenly stopped working. Finally when I could get this through on the last call attempt someone came and assisted. However had I had an emergency It was just impossible to call anyone. The person who came to help with the telly told me that my specific chalet had no Wifi which didn't help 1 bit when I had my 9yr old and 7yr old who wanted connectivity for gadgets. I was really thrown off when a neighbor blasted loud music after midnight and I was woken by this concerned that my kids would also surely wake up. It only stopped just before 2am 😕 Knowing I had no Signal I couldn't even call reception to intervene at that late hour. I had been at this establishment before and the experience was so different that I actually looked forward to returning and had recommended it to friends. I'm not too sure staying over is a great idea after that experience. Perhaps only a day visit for activities

The outdoor entertainment area was terrific for the kids who played and swam to their hearts content. The restaurant is also beautiful with good music and great service from the restaurant staff.

It's hard to get hold of reception , you have to call many times to get through. But once you thriugh they are very helpful. No pool towels is very inconvenient. Also poolside food service would be good

It's close by , it's so greay to have en- suites and is many facilities in the chalet. It's lovely to see animals too. The water park was fantastic too especially the heated pool .

The meals, especially breakfast could offer a little more options. Dinner was served cold and had to be reheated. Breakfast was the same options on consecutive days.

Spa experience was very exceptional. We took the couple's 1 hour Spa treatment package and really felt energized after the experience.

Breakfast was not great. It was cold and not many options. Staff did not accommodate special requests so I left without eating and got breakfast elsewhere.The service from the staff at restaurants could be more speedier and they could be more proactive. This also applies to the staff at the bar area who served us cold steaks and the chef was not very accommodating to us.

Rooms are nice and clean. Very spacious and comfortable beds.

1.your pool area had no pool chairs like in the pictures. 2.the pool area they don't allow alcohol how are u supposed to relax the whole day without your favourite drink 3.we never received clean towel daily the towels that we found from day 1 till our 4th day were never changed.

The heated pool.....thumbs up the slides as well were great the kids enjoyed those.

Restaurant service was slow. Buffet breakfast should be improved, breakfast food items were not served at the same time, for example we ate breakfast and finished while eggs were apparently still being prepared. It seems cups and glasses are not enough to cater for guests, so we had to collect cups from other tables, worse waiter is the one who told us to get cups from other table instead of serving us. The limited breakfast that we could dish was however nice, so they not bad cooks, just need to improve on service. Restaurant must appoint a restaurant manager to ensure issues are addressed timeously, otherwise that will mess what could be a great establishment.

The facility is still new and in great condition. Restaurant is beautiful, staff were welcoming.
